She is a real asset to her company!

Ms. Gan Yin Jye is a true professional! She is talented and experienced and shares her creativity with her clients. She is very committed to her projects, and speedily gets the renovation works completed. In fact, she was able to complete all the renovation work before the due date. She is very patient with her clients and would explain her designs carefully to them, I am so pleased with her work that I will recommend her to my relatives and friends, without any hesitation. She is a real asset to her company!

The renovation was completed within the time frame and we are thankful to Jake for making our renovation journey a less stressful one.

After checking out from Weiken's website, we have selected Jake Chew as our ID and did not regret our decision. Ours is not an empty new house and we have furniture which cannot be removed during the renovation. Fortunately. it has been well managed by Jake with very minimal damage and we also understand that there is a risk to take. Our first meeting with Jake was a pleasant one, he is friendly, easy going, experienced and knowledgeable. He can relate to our requirement well and present it with the designs we wanted. We also liked his choices on the material selection and happy with the outcome. Carpentry discussion is a stressful process but luckily, Jake is professional, patient and meticulous that made our life easier. During the renovation process, he updated us regularly after completion of each stages with photos and videos. Effective communication is important and Jake has displayed it well. He is very prompt in replying to our concerns and clarification, whenever there is any defects required for rectification, he will dealt it swiftly and ensure it meet our expectation. The renovation was completed within the time frame and we are thankful to Jake for making our renovation journey a less stressful one.

We are incredibly pleased with the end results.

I think the differentiator of working with our ID, YinJye, is that she's an ID by training. She's meticulous and very detailed, and to top it all, she has a great eye for design. As our project was delayed due to COVID, we had a long runway to discuss about the house. Sometimes, we find YinJye more excited and enthusiastic about the house than ourselves! During the discussion phase, we met several times including trips to various places like tiles, furniture, sliding doors, etc. She'll help to critique the ideas that we very much want to do and will offer ways to achieve them if they are feasible. She sets realistic targets and expectations and she was quick to highlight any issues and how she intended to resolve them throughout the actual renovation. She also has a great working relationship with many of the contractors and managed them very well. She delivered on time and oh boy, we are incredibly pleased with the end results. Thank you YinJye and team for helping us to be able to stay in such a beautiful house!

Our reno journey may have ended, but their after-sales service is still top notch!

We would like to convey our thanks to our designers, Yinjye and Evelyn for creating our dream home with us. YinJye stands out from the rest of the IDs we met, as she is very swift with her responses and could understand our reno needs very well. She is resourceful, responsible and bold with her ideas. Not one to mince her words, which is how she manages our expectations as clients and the efficiency of the workers. She even went shopping with us for lightings and wallpapers and came on-site several times to oversee the nitty-gritty details. Though there were some hiccups during the renovation, she was always there to assure us and help us resolve the issues. We also appreciate Evelyn for her creative input in the fine details of the carpentry. Our reno journey may have ended, but their after-sales service is still top notch. We are very happy working with Jenny.

We were introduced to Ms. Jenny Wang of Weiken as our Interior Designer for our 4room HDB flat at Canberra. Jenny fully in-charged of our house renovation from Jul to Sep 2023. She is a very hardworking, dedicated & efficient ID. Our renovation involved overhaul of the whole house. She meticulously & painstakingly helped us in the selection of the right textures, colours & types of tiles, paints, backsplash, laminates, curtains, blinds, lightings etc to ensure that all these blend harmoniously, match precisely, to achieve our desired theme of clean & modern. When she realised that our sofa size might obstruct the cabinet doors, she made a decision to change from 2 doors to 3 doors (smaller width), so that our huge sofa can fit the living area. She is conscious of not only the aesthetic part but also the functional part of living space. The end results of the reno was marvelous! We even introduced Jenny to my sister who are also looking for an ID for her condo at Parc Canberra. We are very happy working with Jenny who is not only dedicated but efficient & completes the project ahead of our scheduled time (we gave her till 1st week of oct, she completed by 23 Sep). Superb project management skills!
