VNA Design

My wife and I only met up with IDs recommended by friends and of all, we think Tommy Matthias Ho is the best. During the consultation/design stage, Tommy was very patient and attentive. He stuck the theme that we want, but also dare to point out when our ideas are not practical or give his opinion to make the overall design better. When what we wanted were vague, Tommy went all the way to find samples for us to agree on too. Compared to him, other IDs we met kept trying to sell their own design which contradicts our theme or just said we gave a very vague idea but didn't try to find samples for us other than those in their collection and from their past works, which we didn't really like. We decided to go with Tommy coz he gave us a clear picture of what we would get before we commit to signing the contract. He is transparent with his prices too, another point that we like. During the renovation stage, Tommy was very responsive. He gave us frequent updates on the renovation process, so we didn't have to go very often to check on the works, which is a plus point since both of me and my wife are working. We made a few visits initially, but after noticing the works were all well done, we only went down to see again after substantial works were done. As per normal renovation process, there was always hiccup, although ours were just minor hiccups. The tiles that had been nicely put on the bathroom wall was cracked when the carpenter put on the top vanity, and the finishings for some of our wardrobe glass doors weren't too well done. We knew that the carpentries were just installed that day and were too excited to check it out, so we went to see that night. We informed Tommy on the spot and he responded immediately that he would go to check the next day, which he did. He had the contractor removed the top vanity and replaced the broken tile, and had the carpenter replace the wardrobe glass doors with satisfactory ones. No excuses were given why some things happened and issues were resolved fast. At some point, we also requested some changes to the initially agreed works and Tommy willingly accommodate, and we even consulted Tommy on certain furniture and appliances that we planned to buy and he would happily advise us on the right ones to get too. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with the renovation of our house and home to be, and it is definitely a better experience than what most of my other friends went through. Definitely recommending Tommy to our other friends too, which we have done so in fact.

I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty while working on the project. I practically entrusted him with my home. Everything that needs to be done, gets done! The end result was beautiful and I could not be happier. I am thankful to have Tommy as my assigned ID. Again, thank you and wishing VNA Design lots more beautiful homes in the making.

My husband and I checked out quite a number of companies before finally settling on VNA. Our ID, Terence, made us comfortable from the very start and we liked his chill vibe. There was no hard selling on his part and he made it a point to always hear what designs we had in mind before sharing his opinions. We knew roughly what we wanted and Terence talked through the process with us and closed whatever gaps there were. We overlooked several functional/practical issues and Terence always made it a point to flag them out to us. On the whole, the renovation process was smooth and really value for money.
