WONDERFUL Experience, start to finish. I was compelled to start my review with that statement because we did not expect this level of service from Uno Interior Team. Sam addressed all our concerns to create not only an aesthetic space, but he was very practical about it. He addressed all of our needs and knew everything. Maybe its experience, maybe it’s a gift, but he knew almost exactly what we wanted. I love that!! Sam is a pleasure to work with and makes the whole experience relaxing and fun. Sian Ying her trustworthiness, communication skills, and ability to complete the project exceeded our expectations in every way. There were always things that I was stumped about when decorating and finding her has been a godsend. I cannot tell you how helpful she has been to us and she actually saved us. Most importantly, she had been very patient with us. Both also know everything and everyone and served as a great resource for everything. My husband and I joke that we now ask ourselves “what would both think/do in this situation,” irrespective of whether it has anything to do with the design because we value so highly their opinion and taste level. We quickly doubled the scope of our project once our rooms started to be transformed, and would hire them again in a second if the opportunity presents itself.

I engaged UNO to help me in space planning for my studio-like home. Of the many design firms I shortlisted, UNO was most impressive in terms of coming up with design-centric and creative elements. I even thought their ideas a bit wild at first but enjoyed the process of tweaking to my budget and lifestyle needs. I had many questions and they were always responsive and patient. The renovation process was well on schedule and I was always kept updated through pictures in our discussion group. Super professional team and I highly recommend UNO if you’re keen on design-centric practicality, or if you need a creative solution for a small home!

We engaged Uno Interior to do a full renovation of our existing home. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable journey with them. We were impressed with them right from our very first meeting which lasted close to 2 hours. They asked detailed questions about our preferences and our lifestyle so as to design a home that will suit our needs. And they sure did in their proposal. Very creative and original ideas, and excellent space planning. They were able to make full use of our spaces and our home now feels bigger than before. I would like to commend them for their ability to resolve design issues that came up. Not only were they quick to resolve the issue, but they managed to come up with an even better alternative. We felt that the entire process was very collaborative. Team Uno was very open to our ideas or requests and was able to incorporate what we want in the design. During the renovation period, we were kept updated regularly with the progress via photos, and they were quick to address our concerns and resolve any issues that arose. They were also able to keep the renovation schedule and was able to handover on the date agreed. Post-handover, they were equally responsive to our requests.

The whole renovation process was really enjoyable and the team are very helpful and friendly in assisting us with all the details of setting up of our new house. Throughout the renovation period the team provides us with the photos of the renovation work-in-progress at different stages so that we can be assured that things are in order, and also meets the deadline given to them. Overall we were impressed by the final outcome of our home, the personal touch from the team and the after support provided.
