Jayne impressed us from our first meeting, and did not disappoint throughout the whole renovation and rectification process. She is meticulous, thorough, and very reliable! In every area- from design proposals, to material selection, to project management & execution-Jayne always provided valuable input and support. We highly recommend entrusting your project to Jayne.

Much thanks to Yu Chen for being such a wonderful Interior Designer! The renovation process was daunting at the start but his help definitely evened out a lot of obstacles for us. Even though he is young, he has adequate experiences and would often provide valuable insights that we would otherwise overlook. Instead of a service , the journey felt more like a partnership which we appreciate greatly, he would often take it upon himself to go the extra mile to help make our lives easier. He was integral in facilitating the crystallisation for our dream home and I’m sure he would be able to help many more do so.

So glad I crossed paths with Yu Chen from Underrated studio! He was super patient and helpful from the beginning. He also managed to coordinate and deliver within my expected deadline. Can’t thank him enough. The carpenters and plumbers were so accommodating too and the workmanship was good. Reno journeys are usually quite stressful but I have to say that my Reno with Yu Chen was quite fuss-free, he is responsive and professional. Thanks a lot I would recommend their services

I'm delighted with the recent renovation of my home, and I want to give a special shout-out to Jayne for her assistance in managing our limited budget. The entire project went seamlessly, and they completed it within the timeline we requested.

Once the renovation was finished, we conducted some post-renovation checks, but unfortunately, we weren't thorough enough and missed some issues. Thanks to Jayne's assistance in reevaluating, we were able to identify these problems. She promptly took action, bringing the issues to the attention of the contractor and carpenter, leading to their resolution.

I want to shout out to Jayne our ID for being such a responsible, responsinve, and very attentive to details. We engaged with her with very short timeline yet she tried her best to accommodate our requests. What i really appreciate is with her proffesional knowledge and idea she can still listened to our own ideas and tastes. She came to the site very often and usually will stay until very late. We are often impressed on how she went for extra miless. We have expected will be alot of hiccups from reno journey because what we heard from others, yet it proven to be false because we really dont experience those hiccups in our reno journey with Jayne. Of course theres a bit here and there to the details but she managed to solve it very well and leaving only satisfaction to us. We really appreciate and blessed to come across Jayne to be our ID for our first home in Singapore. Thank you Jayne and the team!!
