There are so many IDs in the market but Janet really stood out - she's experienced, very patient and so personable. As a first-time home owner, I had little knowledge about renovation and interior design. Janet took time to walk through each aspect carefully and asked questions to fully understand our lifestyles before offering recommendations. Everything was planned out properly - from designing, material selection to handover of keys. Despite her busy schedule, Janet was always very responsive and thorough in her replies from the start. She does multiple site visits regularly, sending us updates every single time and helping us deal with any unexpected issues. I never had to feel worried or stressed during this period.
