I must say I'm very satisfied and had a pleasant experience with my ID, Edison Cheng. From the start, Edison has displayed his professionalism and patience where he don't mind spending few hours in each of our meetup to explain and discuss with me to come up with a design concept that not only aligns with the theme I had in mind, but also takes into consideration the functionality, living habits and budget. Throughout the process, he has been very prompt in following-up and will help to ensure that things run smoothly and within timeline. He took the initiative to liaise with the contractors and update me on the progress and if any issue, he would resolve it promptly without the need for me to step in. I must say I have heard quite a few horror stories and am super thankful that all these didn't happen to me as Edison is there to ensure everything is right on track. The carpentry work is very well done where my friends were very impressed by the workmanship. Edison is also very menticulous where he would help to spot defects (which sometimes I myself may not have spotted) and will update me before he rectify them with the contractors himself. All in all, Edison is a very dependable, responsible and professional ID where I would definitely strongly recommend. Do engage him if you want a smooth sailing and worry-free renovation experience.

Jennifer did an awesome job with my house. I bought a new place in a rather dilapidated state and she spruced it up perfectly. I went to a couple of IDs but none were willing to provide drawings so I could visualise what my house would look like. But Jennifer made the effort to design the rooms and went through it carefully with me, so I could make edits to it. Besides always being responsive, she went with me to purchase the house fittings and provided valuable advice. What's more important is that they have awesome after-sales service and I still call her if I help with home issues. Thorough professionals would highly recommend them.

I am a novice in decorating. I was lucky enough to have Rex+Jennifer as the designer for my first home. J explained the details very carefully and the service attitude was very nice and patient. The best thing is that after the decoration was completed, they would still follow up frequently. Ensure quality safety and good quality. Thank you for your hard work.
