My personal Experience With Swiss Interior. First will state the works that was Initially planned out . - Two Toilets - One kitchen Number of items that damaged during renovation by them. On a good note they replace those items - but flooring since what I used was no longer available ,need use their own brand ,which I decide not too and top up the difference l. 1. Flooring 2. Fridge 3. Blinds Both are full hacking ,re-tile and carpentry Start date was 12 July and end date was 26 October. Initial before signing of the job the particular ID was very consistent and follow up well with quotation. Decided on the ID and paid the deposit. After that , it was downhill right after , simple things like rendering had to chase multiple time with excuses must queue as a lot People Infront, mind you I give like 2 weeks. Yes there was multiple rendering, because only the ID was not there during tile choosing the few times I was there . Reason why not there , the first time that we were there with him, he was busy on his handphone doing some journal or something, not being proactive to meet our vision and choices, cut him out of the story and we went down multiple times to see tiles ourself and ask for rendering. Excuses for late rendering, busy , going maternity leave ( cannot render already ) , should a company have a back up to render client choice. Firstly ID give 0 input to our vision and we expected to know ? Before start of Hacking , Inform ID to make sure sufficient protection done around the house flooring and help protect some items like Aircon,blinds and etc. I have done covering all the others items, with heavyweight plastic to make it easy for them . First day come there , half past job to cover flooring , no taping in between , ask to cover the wall with plastic, first day plastic torn and can't be bothered job. Never make much noise as maybe that how things are done . Fast forward, after hacking , hacking debris and tiles all around the flooring, can't be bothered to clear up to make it look neater from the dust and just left it like that. Big debris were cleared but the house itself was left in a mess. Be carefull on which tiler you are assigned and probably ask for someone experience. Worst tiling ever done on flooring and walls . No one tiles is inline and totally rubbish job . Even the consistency of tiles finishing at the top of wall tile was a disaster , gave leeway for them to use a board to cover it up. ID does not check the workmanship and when ask him he say tiler say it like that . O knowledge and does not come down to site to check. I go down site more often that he does. Simple things like toilet cover for drainage hole also don't know anything till I call HDB to check if it can be used. Can't be bothered attitude at all. After that incident, got his manager involve but still things were as bad in terms of his management till the very end. Capentry wise , it was so so, quality of workmanship definitely nth to rave about . Nth special about the workmanship quality for me to be say . It mediocre. People say quality comes with a price ( definitely not on this case ) Painting - Paid for Oil Sealent and Easy Wash Paint ( Same price as taking Nippon to do it ) - Never use Oil Sealent on all walls even we paid extra for it . - Quality of jobs is terrible, never cover any existing items you have in your house , causing all my blinds to have paint marks - Dont bother to clean the stains marks after and leaving it there . - Tell me oil sealent was use but walls were already having powdery substance less than a month in Overall better off outsourcing to a more reputable painting company to get the job done and be assured. Just take note that their prices aren't cheap either and for the price and service you might get, I do not think it worth for me. I would have been better going off with a contractor as I did everything and checks on my own. Even so called ID charges are free but you pay so much more for everything else which is "hidden cost" . It a lesson learnt for me and I regret my decision to go with this company, there a lot more to write and I have photo proof and conversation of everything recorded down in black and White.. I think , never trust one person words and look around and have a lot options and really see their works before deciding on them . Probably get a company who has more people base locally and will be able to assist you better throughout the project. Engaged Swiss Interior after reading so many positive reviews, I was not disappointed and was thoroughly pleased with my selection. My ID, Kerbe and Alex have been very professional and supportive during this whole renovation journey. Special thanks to Kerbe for his professionalism and dedication, he has been very easy to work with, super responsive and true to his words and commitments. Any hiccups which is part and parcel of renovation were addressed promptly and responsibly. They have been honest with the costings and VOs, went into great length to explain the charges and to work on the best and most economical solutions for me, ensuring that my reno budget remains well within limit and expectations. They were always available for discussion and gave a thorough progress update on the project. The renovation was completed and handed over within the agreed schedule and this is especially impressive and noteworthy given the manpower crunch due to Covid. I heard so many horror stories from other renovation projects with months of delay from friends and furniture shops, glad that I am not one of the victims. You can count on them to deliver on their promises of quality workmanship, on-time completion, honest and transparent costing. I strongly recommend would be home buyers to engage Swiss Interior, takes your worries away and absolutely dependable.

Whenever one mentions ‘renovation’, Kent from Swiss design comes to our mind. This in fact, is our second gig with Kent. We did our HDB renovation with Kent 7 years ago, and Kent has been taking care of us since then. Kent handled another recent renovation of our condominium flawlessly too. His professionalism and meticulousness are top-notch. It’s often that he could remember every single detail that we emphasized on, though we as house owners even forgot at times. On top of that, he always takes the costumer’s side, advising us constructively over practicality, durability and cost of the different choices we have to make along the process. He follows the budget proposal strictly and sees the whole project from the beginning to beyond the end. Even after the house was handed over to us, he still responsibly carries out maintenance/touch-ups all the way into the warranty period. I have complete trust in Kent, referred him to many of my friends, and all my friends who used Kent’s service were happy to refer him around too!

Prior to selecting Swiss Interior to give my new home a makeover, I had been to many other ID firms to check out the prices and services offered. Was pleased to chance their IG and FB page and messaged them. Swift response and one of the most value for money quote I have received. The job was nicely done and workmanship was superb, no cutting of edges. The timeline was managed well with no compromise to the quality. Budget wise was also rather precise and according to my request. I must also add that Jason Koh was very professional in terms of his advice and accomodating to my request. Jason is also very meticulous and creative and he also suggested some creative ideas which turn out to be great. He and his team spared no effort to make sure my home was done up to my expectations and beyond. Definitely a recommend.

Finally we moved and now settling in. I must say a great job Hosen Gan!! our ID through his very busy schedule, with a newborn on hand :) Congrats Hosen! ... helped to integrate my ideas nicely and results speak for itself. Cool, the collected guy is what I like as well about Hosen :) who provided solutions to accede to some of my last-minute adjustments, and still able to deliver the results timely with no major hiccups which help to put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend him if you need an experienced senior designer who is friendly and passionate about his work!!! Well done!! 😃

My first flat in my life and I have no idea who to engage for renovation. Key collection was 6 Feb 2020, just after CNY and the most designer company is close. Alex from Swiss interior was the 1st to contact me which I was truly grateful for the fast response. I was a noob in designing my new flat and Alex was patient in explaining in details to whatever questions I threw. After meeting a few more Designer, Alex was the only one that truly listens to what I want and quoted a realistic quotation within my budget. For any ad-hoc request or changes by me during the renovation, he was very responsive. Overall the renovation was smooth and any issues rectified quickly.

Well done Benjamin... thank you for completing quality work within the stringent timeline. Much appreciated. We found Benjamin from Swiss Interiors when we only had a month to renovate our house. There were many other Interior Designers came and visited our place but we found him very confident about his work. He understood the timeline and tried to accommodate all our requirements. We never felt any need to follow up on things or found any compromises in the work quality. The work was completed on time and just as we wanted. I would like to express my gratitude to our ID Mr. Ned Lim and Quay Wei Liang Willard for putting so much effort on my new house renovation work. When we just started the renovation of our new house, we don’t have any experience. It is difficult for us to choose everything like the colour and patterns for cabinet and feature wall. Three of our family members have different ideas. Sometimes our idea looks so nice but the space was not practical. We discussed again and again. Although they look still young but they showed us patience, serious and response promptly. They combined everyone’s ideas and put their own suggestions. Finally, our whole family member is very satisfied with their design. During the renovation process, I was sick and no family member could be on site. Mr. Ned Lim and Quay Wei Liang help us deal with all contractor electric, carpentry, painter etc. and always keep us update with the progress in WhatsApp. They all responded to my question very promptly when I encountered some unclear during buying furniture and accessories. In the late renovation period, there are 3 batches of the furniture will be delivered to my house, but we are all unable to receive and inspect the goods. I was anxious about this, Mr. Ned Lim actively told me that they might help us to receive and inspect those goods. After receiving they sent me a video about the condition of all goods. They help me to solve my urgent needs. This let me felt so touching and warming. Later I want to add some accessories, but I can’t go shopping to buy it at that time. Mr. Ned Lim and Quay Wei Liang went shopping and helped me find the accessories I was satisfied with. They sent me photos after installation and that looks so nice! Sometimes my casual request they will remember to help me to do it and then feedback to me. It makes me feel very lucky to meet them. After the renovation completed, we went to inspection and we didn’t find any defects unexpectedly. The whole room is beautiful and clean. The workmanship of the furniture is also good. We signed and received the house right now. It is a bit unbelievable, none of us took a day off but we finished the whole renovation! The whole renovation process was very smooth and communication was very pleasant. Although more than 3 months have passed, this experience still makes us happy and unforgettable. I would like to express that if you are not too experienced, if you don’t have much free time, please choose them (Mr. Ned Lim & Quay Wei Liang Willard) and let them help you fulfill your dream of a beautiful home!
