We did 100% renovation on our properties. So amazing, it has turn out to be our dream home. All materials recommended to us very reasonable cost and quality just above our expectation. Despite of covid-19, our reno still manage to be done in a short period. Francis did update us on the progress of work. Should recommend to some of my friends and colleagues on the superb reno done and cost saving too. Lastly, a big thank you to Francis and team for the job, very well done. Our family love it so much.

Main focus of my renovation was kitchen and both bathrooms. john was patient and accommodating when I wanted to make changes during the renovation period. John also provided some practical recommendations which I did not think of. Though measurements of some items did not turn out to what I have in mind (probably my fault as I did not pay attention to the dimensions provided) and a couple of installation was a bit off, the overall renovation went well. Quality and workmanship of the works and carpentry are commendable. Throughout the renovation period, John also provided constant updates on the progress of work, which is much appreciated. Post renovation, John was prompt with his follow-up on fixing minor defects. On electrical, Francis was kind to offer practical suggestions with his candid approach. Thank you John and Francis.

The entire process was an overall good experience for me and my husband. The project was well executed and project manager was always 24/7, very responsive. Everyone is always contactable and providing real time updates! Thank you so much! Will recommend my friends and families to John and Francis.
