We engaged Ashley from Starry Homestead for our home renovation and she didn’t disappoint us. Looking back, my wife and I agree that these three words best describe her. 1. Meticulous - Ashley knows her stuff and her experience shone through after we engaged her at the very first call. She knew many pitfalls and could give us detailed advice. 2. Professional - We never had any professionalism issues with Ashley. She is on point and courteous, firm but yet friendly and we saw this as she managed the various workers and vendors on our behalf. 3. Patient - Ashley was patient even accommodating to alot of our requests and last minute reviews. She never made us feel like our requests were small or unwelcome. We just want to say thanks to Starry Homestead for such a great experience and a wonderful partnership we had in Ashley!

Ashley is professional and understand what we want for our place. Process is hassle free, simple and straight forward. She is willing to listen to our needs and always provide professional advises. Designer will inform if there is any additional costs before they proceed to the change requests. Designer selected tiles with us for long hours with patience. Pricing is very transparent. To sum up, renovation is nicely done. Thumbs up.

Finally, our home is completely done although it took slightly more than 4 months including rectifications and touch up works. We would like to thank Starry Homestead for the quality of workmanship and products. Also, not to forget to complement our important ID, Nicky Ng who followed us through from purchasing, selecting and choosing of items where she gave us ideas and advice what to or not to, what can or cannot. Ashley has been very responsive, reliable, and professional throughout the whole design, planning, and renovation stages of the unit. During the whole renovation, Ashley provided prompt updates and pre-empted us what lies ahead in the pipeline. Designs are current, sleek, and materials used are good and functional. We appreciate her responsiveness, dedication, patient, and professionalism, and more importantly, the willingness to go the extra mile in making this renovation journey a seamless one for us. From the 1st point of contact with my assigned designer, Danson, the experience of renovating my home has never been more smooth sailing and in fact, enjoyable! Danson is fantastic to work with, ever ready to hear out my preferences and making them work with his own ideas. Danson is always available for a quick chat, and very prompt and regular with his updates on the status of the renovation works, very professional in the way he handles any unforeseen circumstances which cropped up along the way.
