Even if you have a basic floor plan, there are still ways to make it special. In this article, we show you how you can flesh out a standard 4-room BTO layout into five different designs that suit your needs, budget and lifestyle.&nbsp;<h4>1. By merging two bedrooms, they were able to create a spacious en-suite complete with a lounge area and walk-in wardrobe. With the open layout, you'll need to get creative with storage solutions. The living room has been transformed into a cosy lounging area complete with fluffy cushions and a built-in storage settee.
