Had S&R Jace for my ID. I told him what I want; transforming the study room into a bedroom, with a focus on the display cabinet and a queen sized bed. His designs were well thought out and he walked me through all the details every step of the way. He was very accommodating to my requests during the planning and renovation works, and the contractors were very helpful. Both Jace and his contractors respected my input and gave solid advice on multiple occasions. The room exceeded my expectations when I first embarked on this project, and I'm truly thankful to Jace for it. What I like (not shared below): - Jace actively helps to source required materials and I was given the choice to select what I want (he gives me a shopping list and I go shopping. It was fun and a learning experience, and I feel involved in my room design.) - Problems (yes there will be problems, its how life is) are worked through together with me, not glossed through or "left to the next person". -Schedule is kept to plan with acceptable slight deviations (mostly from me, but Jace is able to rearrange swiftly) What I dislike: - Nothing as of this moment (T+8 days after completion) What my dog dislike: - Being locked up while the renovation is ongoing for his safety Why did I choose this company: - Jace's design and quotation - Casetrust verified
