Thoroughly enjoyed the process from Day 1! It was awesome seeing our plans and designs come to life, especially in the hands of our professional team. We found Richfield's price-point to be slightly higher than most but also conclude that it was every cent well spent. Our 12-week reno project felt like it went like clockwork - at times, there were as many as 12 people in our home, working on various parts. Alex is responsive and full of clever ideas! 10/10 would recommend. It's been 3 months since we've moved in and we're loving our home. The team has also returned to fix small issues several times.

Very very smooth process from start till finish and even after the renovation is completed. It's been 2 years now and they've always been very responsive every time I called them for help. And it's not just management or the designers but also the workers who are very responsible and are always smiling. Truly deserve 5 stars (or maybe 6)
