Renovation process, it was completed fast considering around post-Covid period. However, do not trust on the promised warranty after renovation, it is just gimmicks. My kitchen cabinets peeled off after staying in the new house just a barely half year, but till now nobody from the company is coming to fix. The poor quality and workmanship begin to surface pretty fast.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Their service attitude, the boss should start to change to fresh blood and kick away those service attitude staff that treat customers

ID too busy to be there for you .. not “automatic”. During the renovation, the owner is spending more time in the house coordinating as the ID is not there all the time, only show up when the owner calls. ID not keen to follow up after handover. Things are not delivered as promised. Low-quality workmanship and doesn’t care about after services. only chasing for payment is fast.

We met the Project Manager at the showroom on 8 November 2020. Me and my wife was warmly welcomed by her and we had a great discussion.
On 17 November 2020, we had a meeting via zoom video call to discussed on the quotation. After the discussion, she informed us that she will amend the quotation according to our request and revert back to us.
On 4 December 2020, she informed us via Whatsapp that she will update us with the amended quotation on the 6 December 2020. However, there is no news from her.
On 11, 14, 18 and 27 December 2020 still no news from her despite numerous messages has been sent to her via Whatsapp with 2 blue ticks.
It has come to our attention that professionalism on My Reno Diary has deteriorated to a level that is no longer acceptable nor tolerable! I felt like been treated like a beggar whereas here I am trying to give you a business!
Up to today’s date MISSING IN ACTION! UNBELIEVABLE!
But hey… a blessing in disguise that we managed to signed and closed the deal with other company but NOT with My Reno Diary!

The ID is superb! He always go an extra mile for us & also always update us if there is an issue..this is what we think important…

Mr. Alvince, who in charge of the design and renovation of my house, is very responsive and patience while renovating my house. Already recommend few of my friends to him. good job My Reno Diary.
