In terms of SERVICE and price, it was definitely a great experience having Terence as ID for our home! Although home renovation had slight delay due to all the hiccups such as covid situation and labour crunch, Terence was always patient to reassure us on the timeline, prompt in his update, candid and super responsive to our queries. Throughout the entire renovation process, I felt at ease with Terence’s advice and could fully trust him with his experience. Two words best describe my experience having Terence as my ID for my house renovation are reliability and accountability. These 2 attributes from Terence had helped and guided me throughout the whole renovation journey. He handhold me from the design, timeline, managing unexpected disturbance (thanks to Covid my renovation got delayed for almost 2 years!) and most importantly, follow up on all the matters relating to the project until completion and handover. Attentiveness, patience and quality! All the best attributes you can find in an ID! Terence, my contact, has been very kind to attend to and answer all my incessant inquiries about kitchen renovations. He also came on-site a few times to inspect and give strategic recommendations. Sadly, I had to put my reno work on hold until the pest control is in check. Therefore, I decided to contract his company to do some maintenance work instead. Terence went the extra mile to book the earliest timing to do the sealant work given my urgent needs to keep pest control in check. The quality of the sealant work is amazing and his team member is so meticulous and does a fantastic job to seal up all the cracks and crevices. I am eternally grateful for the fantastic service and quality of work delivered! I strongly recommend Terence and his team to anyone who is looking to redo their house. It will be in great hands!

It was truly a wonderful experience having Terence as our ID. We (my wife and I) were a bit sceptical at first as the quotation from Terence was significantly lower than that of other companies… but in the end what we got was a REALLY WELL DONE house that even our friends couldn’t believe was achievable with that kind of price! But the thing that really ‘money can’t buy’ was the service given to us. Terence was always patient, always on time, and always responsive no matter what time of the day! Despite the difficult current circumstance of labour shortage, every milestone of the project was met impeccably and our house was delivered exactly on schedule! It was truly remarkable that Premium Artz was able to pull this off as many of my friends experienced delays to their reno. Not only was the delivery on time, all the details of what we wanted were also met. Terence did not miss a single detail despite the ‘101 requests’ from my missus haha… and the follow-up after delivery of our house was especially praiseworthy as Terence actually helped us adjust REPEATEDLY on the finishings as we changed our minds over! Haha… sorry for being such a tough customer but really, you are the best!!

I have engaged Terence Ang as my ID, a very sincere, knowledgeable, responsible & helpful designer. As a first-time homeowner, Terence is very patient & flexible, offering clever and practical ideas and design and ensuring I don't waste money on unnecessary things and requests. During the renovation, I have daily updates from him on the current status and upcoming processes. He even sends photo updates on the work done. The renovation starts and finishes on time and I must say I am very happy with the workmanship and quality of the design and carpentry. Even on handover, he spotted some minor defects and scheduled for rectification. Thank you Terence for taking charge of my reno. I need not have to worry about any details.
