1. No timeline schedule. Start Dec18 and proposed to complete before CNY but finished Mar19. Later found out from Facebook that all their sub-contractors probably went to another place to rush/handover before CNY, that's why can't finish mine. 2. Worst coordination. Did not follow design concept drawings I gave to them (e.g. kitchen cabinet dwg). Took the dwg and kept in file instead of giving to carpenter to study. Found out when carpenter told me he has never seen my design concept dwg before during meeting. 3. No monitoring or quality control. Mistakes during renovation would all spotted during my ad-hoc inspections (e.g. wrongly installed pocket doors). Usual reply of "it is supposed to be like that" were received from them when I confronted them. Need to argue and argue and "beg" them before they reluctantly rectified the mistakes. Would not be recommending this contractor to anyone in the future.

Initially, I am doing my research for a suitable ID for my home reno. Karen is recommended by one of my Friend, and so I went to meet her. She is very patient and provides me with plenty of ideas which is practical and not forgetting the design. Among so many IDs I went, most of them don’t really advise me the way how Karen does. Karen would suggest the pros and cons professionally, and gave me several suggestions to decide based on my requirements, without affecting too much of the designs. She also sees that I needed help with furniture and lightings. She then suggested to come down personally to the furniture stores with me, suggesting the suitable furniture/shades of fabrics to fit into the theme I want. She even helped me with the lights/fans in one of their recommended lighting shop (@ affordable prices too!). Not many IDs will be willing to do the extra miles to assist on such matters, but for Karen, her service is out of my expectations! Keep it up the good work! I am Glad to find Karen & PJ Designworks! I would continue to recommend more family and friends to them! Thank you!!

I cannot tell you how delighted I am to recommend PJ Designworks! Edwin began the initial process but had to hand over the project to Andy. My initial concern was that because mine was a smaller 4-room BTO premium, they would give little priority to this relatively minimal project. It would be understandable if they would prioritise bigger money-making projects. Andy proved me wrong! Right from the beginning, his customer service was impeccable. He would work to get the design right. I had to travel overseas during the entire project so I could only depend on Andy's trustworthiness and updates on Whatsapp. He did not disappoint. We made design and colour changes even while I was overseas through the back and forth through Whatsapp. During the construction process, he was vigilant in taking pictures and updating me every step of the way. Andy even went over and above his job description to help us with areas not included in the original plan. My wife and family are so happy with the results!!! Andy has made our generic flat into a lovely home that we are now very proud of.

After staying at my present flat for over more than 20 years, we decided to do a renovation by engaging PJ Designworks. From start to end, we are satisfied with all the works done by their various contractors with good attitudes. If there are any future reno works to do or any friends or relatives need recommendations, your company will be the first in our minds.

PJ Designworkers is a very professional company. They did the Reno for my old house ten years before. And when we collected our new house keys this year, we still choose them to do the renovations, because we trust them. Their staff do the flooring very well. Recommended by my friend that has engaged them since his first house till the current 3rd Home. The person in charge, Edwin, has been very accommodating and provide me with many advice. As I travel a lot in my job, I left the design and supervision of my condo mostly to him. Overall, the result has been excellent. I was only back after the completion, I have requested to make several changes. Edwin has been very understanding and agrees to my request without any complaints.

This entire renovation journey with PJ was a very pleasant one! Be it Ah Peng or our designer, Michelle, we love their down-to-earth working attitude and they never fail to take time to explain things patiently to us. From the start till the after sales service, they responded promptly to our enquiries and were always quick in doing rectification so that we were not inconvenienced in any way. Would definitely recommend them to anyone out there who’s looking to do their renovation.

We contact PJ Designwork through one of the contacts we found online (Ms.Karen). She is one of the staffs for PJ. Although young, still experience enough and patient, unlike some experience ID we meet. Things were done rather smoothly as she takes the effort to meet me at my new flat, to look through and explain to us for the 1st meeting. This is one of the services that we like. We have called some other ID and contractors, but all want us to visit their showroom, it a "NO, NO" for us. So thumb up for this service. The renovation is completed on time and any defects are deal with promptness. Would recommend to my friends if they requirement PJ service.

We have been with the boss Ah Peng since our first house 16yrs ago. Recently asked Ah Peng's team to renovate our 4th house. We only took over the house 30 Dec and they are able to complete by early Feb just in time for our move in before CNY. This is because our ID Yilin is most responsive, prompt n responsible in helping us to follow up with the different subcontractors. She is extremely patient in handling all our requests.

The reason why we have chosen PJ Designworks to renovate our house is because of the boss (Ah Peng). His after sales service is excellent and he's always a phone call away, be it to repair a leaking tap or helping to install some fixtures. This is my third renovation project with him. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Yilin (our ID) and her team in completing the renovation of our house. She was easy to work with and always accommodative to our requirements. Despite the tight timeline, she has managed well and was efficient in keeping us informed of our renovation progress constantly. Like in every project, there will be some hiccups here and there and along the way she did a great job to provide practical advice and help us resolve all the issues. Loving her design works.
