I am super thankful to have met Natalie! She was incredibly helpful and detailed in guiding us through the entire process, making our first-time renovation journey a much easier one. It was a challenge, especially during the 2021 Covid-19 and year-end festive period, to renovate our 5-room resale flat given within 2 months tight deadline as we needed to move in before Chinese New Year 2022. Natalie and her team delivered! We could tell Natalie has good relationships with her contractors, and she was always hands-on, making sure to drop by my place during the renovation to make sure that the scheduled work went smoothly. Up till today, Natalie is just as reliable and always a phone call away. She is very responsive whenever I contact her and would help to follow up with the contractors to fix the minor issues in my home. We love our home's clean look and practical design. I engaged Nat and Jayden for my restaurant reno and they were extremely attentive to the details and were very responsive. I loved the fact that they were not pushy and actually recommended areas where I could save on unnecessary costs when other interior design firms were always trying to upsell me things. I highly recommend them and will definitely refer my friends to the Okaeri team.

We engaged Jayden for our home reno in 2022. It was easy working with Jayden as she listens well to our inputs and tries her best to accommodate our wishes. She also offers practical advice when she feels that an idea might not work out well. As ours was quite a big project (complete overhaul of a resale EA), there were quite a number of hiccups just as any reno project would have. Jayden was easy to work with to sort out these issues and find alternative solutions where our original plan could not be carried out. While we still have some reno regrets in the end, working with Jayden is definitely not one of them. Even after reno, any issues we had were quickly resolved. We recommend speaking to Jayden if you're looking for an ID to design and manage the renovation of your house (:

I am perfectly happy with the entire experience I had with Jayden and the construction teams. They are not afraid to counter my thoughts and I am so glad I took their suggestions. The ones I insisted on, I am thinking now I might have not taken the best. No interior renovation work is free of problems along the way. The difference with this team is their responsiveness and untiring willingness to solve problems raised by me or created by other factors such as stock availability, Authority’s approval, etc. Delivery time is also commendable and well respected.
