Thanks a million to our designer for doing our house reno.. it's his sincerity that regained our confidence in engaging ID again as previously we had a bad experience from another company.. Really appreciate him for going an extra mile to find the particular laminate color for us even though there's no contract obligation involved yet.. he put in his best in costing area & his professional recommendation has helped us to avoid unnecessary spending.. Communication is a key factor in renovation where he has displayed his abilities.. no stress in telling him every single bit of our requirements as he listens & delivers.. Plenty of patience from him in our long hours of discussion with my lengthy list of questions.. And his design is awesome which hardly need amendment for most of his 3D drawings.. Although some hiccups did happened during the actual work but he's capable of solving them.. Good ID is hard to come by & we are lucky to have him helping us throughout.. highly recommended.. no regrets!

Our designer did an excellent job designing and managing our apartment renovation. The work was finished exactly on the day that was originally planned and he kept us up to date daily on the work progress. Highly recommended.

I chose NJ Concept from a pool of potential ID firms because of designer Mia's persistence, and bubbly character. Initially, when her promise of competitive pricing, meeting my ridiculous timeline, and workmanship were met with my scepticism, she remained positive and confident. Meeting up with her boss boosted that confidence level as they were so prepared to answer all my queries on the spot. Turns out, NJ Concept indeed fulfilled my ridiculous requirement, and above all else, threw in couple of perks to make my house moving even less stressful! Designer Mia is so hardworking and always following up with me on the progress of my renovation, and even if hiccups happen, she made sure that rectification was performed within the tight timeline. NJ Concept and Mia took care of my project like as if it is their own. This is indeed a huge plus point that I do not usually hear from other ID firms. If you do hear from NJ Concept from reno portals, hear them out, give them a chance to present to you your dream house, and you will not regret it!

ID Aeren was very professional in handling my home renovation. All my expectations were met. I and my wife were truly delighted with the finish.
