My husband and I would like to thanks NID Design group, ID Kevin / Sam for design a beautiful house for us. He is responsible, honest and excellent service. Great Job thank you. There’s no hard sell to add on extra renovation work in order to get more $$$. Instead, he advised us which part we can save the money since the existing condition is still good. As a professional ID, he never failed to provide honest advice on the designs and considers from our point of view to match with how we “want” it to be. Throughout the duration of the project, Kevin not only very responsive and on-the-ball, he also was extremely helpful with any questions and last-minute changes we had. He also helped to push through the project within an incredibly short period of time, which was doubly amazing because the renovation period was during that short 6 weeks during Covid-19 for the whole house of renovation, yet the quality of the work everything comes out PERFECT as per our dream house. We are very satisfied with the workmanships. Their price is reasonable, we highly recommended NID Design Group.

NID was recommended by my cousin after she had her new home renovation done by Sam and the team. Our new place was built in with the loft area which was a heavy industrial looking structure which came together with the purchase of the unit. Sam and his carpenters and electrician transformed our small penthouse unit into a cosy and functional modern home. The innovative solution and space saving design gave us a lot of flexibility to store without losing trendiness. She was always just a phone call away regardless of the time and would always come down immediately in person. Also, she was very systematic and ensured that she got every detail right. She went the extra mile to pick the kind of tiles we wanted and accommodated our timings due to our busy work schedules. She completed the work way before the expected deadline and was patient when we had to postpone the final meeting due to our wedding commitments. When we called her after the final meeting as we needed some additional work on the TV console, she assured us that there’d be no problem in sorting that out and had it all fixed. He was always there to answer our queries & gave sound advice when we asked/suggested things that we wanted for our home. The whole reno thing was new to us as a young couple but Aellex made us feel comfortable during our first meeting as he was transparent about the costs involved, advising on which bank loan to opt for etc. Unlike other IDs which we met, Aellex took us seriously & gave us the respect we deserve as his client. He was also true to his words when he gave us an approximate timeline for the reno to be carried out and it was all completed on time. There were minor defects after the reno & when Aellex was alerted, he was prompt to send the carpenter etc to rectify the issues. Many thanks to Aellex who renovated my parents 3-gen home, and currently he is also doing my 4-rm house. I met many interior designers, however, I felt most comfortable with Aellex from our first meet up as he seemed the most experienced from the others. My parents were also comfortable with him as he was patient in explaining to them how things work. Aellex was very responsive to our queries, especially after working hours and weekends when we're shopping for furniture, as we were only free at those timings. He was also efficient in arranging anything we needed and he gave us cost-effective advice. We were most impressed with the carpentry work as everything was neatly done and it looked really good and there were minor defects. Aellex had also planned out an accurate timeline for the completion of the renovation and we are very happy we chose him for my parents dream home! We are extremely happy and glad that we decided to go ahead entrusting Randall and his team to take charge of our renovation works. We had done our detailed price comparison with few other ID companies and finally decided to go ahead with NID Interior. The quote offered to us was competitive and for the amount of works that we had requested for it was very reasonable. Randall was such a patient person who was able to accommodate to all our request and get things done in a timely manner. We created a WhatsApp group chat to communicate with Randall and also ample calls in case of any details that need to be clarified. As they say, there is no such a thing as 100% perfect however Randall was always accommodating to quickly work on hiccups or problems which came up along the way to get it fixed and work towards the 100% perfection mark. Most importantly, there is no hidden cost besides the quotation we mutually signed. He even did some additional work as complimentary service to our renovation. Even after handing over of our home, Randall after sales service is awesome. He mentioned we can still call him if there is any rectification work needs to be done.
