Mr Shopper Studio was recommended to me through a friend when she saw one of the completed projects showcased on social media. Our ID was Joe and it was a really enjoyable process working with her. She took care of the entire ID management process, making sure that all deadlines were delivered in time. We liked that she took on a very hands-on approach, like going along with us to select our tiles and responding very quickly when we had to run ideas through her. She is experienced to have her own vision of the project, but leaves the final decision up to the owners. Even after a year, we are still in contact with her to ask for her opinion on doing some minor refitting in our home. Thank you Joe, for being part of putting together our first home!

We went through a few IDs before deciding on MSS because of their impressive portfolio and full suite of service, which came in really helpful as we were juggling both wedding prep and renovation. Joanna and Sam were both extremely professional and pleasant to work with as they were prompt and always gave us great ideas during the planning phase, and were ready to help with every request that we had. The results were great and exceeded our expectations, especially since we had given them a very tight timeline during their peak season. My husband and I particularly like luxurious hotel designs and we engaged MSS after viewing their impressive portfolio. We like that the renovation process was smooth and well-coordinated by Eric (we practically weren't around during the renovation period) and how the styling accessories and colours were chosen and recommended by Kate elevated the luxury feels of our home. We received a lot of praises from our guests on our home and would like to thank the MSS team for their hard work

Like most new homeowners, we were clueless about home renovations and where to begin. We approached a few IDs and decided to go with Mr Shopper Studio after meeting our ID, Carol. Carol was attentive and understood our needs as parents with a young child. She offered practical solutions without compromising designs. We felt assured leaving the entire project in her hands, checking in only occasionally. There were almost no hiccups at all and we were grateful for all the advice given and time saved. Engaging MSS was the best decision we have made. Eric and Kate made our house renovation and styling so easy. Basically we didn’t have to do or worry much as they took care of almost everything. Requests were taken into mind when kate designed and styled the house, while Eric helped us set up and liaised everything necessary (even things that we didn’t think of). After renovation defects were also rectified ASAP! Thank you guys so much for giving us such a beautiful place that we call home.

Mr Shopper Studio’s unique style and design stood out from the others through their portfolio when we first started evaluating IDs. We were not only impressed with their online briefing form that asked us about our preferences in style, budget etc but also with our first face-to-face meeting with Ken & Sean. Despite receiving cheaper quotes from a couple of other IDs we chose Mr Shopper for their overall design, finish and the well-put-together look. What was wonderful in working with our project manager Ken and designer Sean, was how they incorporated our inputs, worked very closely with us on all the details of the design elements yet project managed everything for us from start to finish. It saved us a lot of time and effort in having to monitor and co-ordinate with multiple contactors on-site, however we were constantly updated on the work-in-progress through pictures and text messages. Sean and Ken were also very accommodative of any changes/additions we requested even after they had started the renovation, and extremely patient through the entire process. The outcome was a bright and beautifully renovated house that was exactly like the 3D visuals, delivered on schedule and even better than we had initially imagined! Would highly recommend them!!

It's not easy in this industry. Charmaine was particular on design. I needed things to be functional and well thought through. Both of us were always worried about the budget. An unenviable trifecta of requirements to fulfil. Add to that, we were committing a large sum of money to people we just met and were being typically nosy and questioning. Eric and Kate managed it all superbly. The journey was enjoyable. 3D drawings were pretty. Discussing design options even at midnight as well as pros & cons of each tweak was fun (for us). Seeing our home accessories and furnishing arrive in large solid crates and getting an update of "unpacking and assembly done" was heavenly, as anyone who has tried assembling a cabinet from Ikea will attest. The destination was rewarding. Maybe the biggest fear of any homeowner would be something on the 3D turning out garish in real life and being stuck with it. Didn't happen to us. My guess is, this is not an easy skill to master. A good way to wrap up would be, me and Charmaine did the entire renovation by ourselves, without lifting a finger. That's the level of collaboration Eric and Kate provides. We recommend working with them on the all-inclusive styling package to harness the full potential of your home. It costs more, but certainly makes a difference. Thanks Eric, Kate and hope we weren’t too much trouble 😉

Quality workmanship and very accommodating to requests. They make the whole process easy and handle everything for you. 3D drawing is almost 99% accurate which is amazing because you know how the house is going to look like and you can make changes accordingly. Follow up after renovation for defect fixing was excellent and they really ensure customers are satisfied with the work. Joanna thank you for the wonderful experience and the design of our beautiful home. Thank you Ken and JJ too for all the effort.

MSS is truly a one-stop shop for people looking to renovate their home from conceptualisation to delivery, they even helped us to purchase some of our home accessories to complement the overall look and feel of our home! This definitely has contributed to lesser stress during our renovation journey. Our designer Joanna and project manager Vince has been absolute gold to work with and we were very glad for their advice and hard work in helping us during this journey. We were also very happy that MSS is quite flexible and their staffs were easy to work with. They are not pushy and try to work within our budget helping to source for materials and coming up design which fits to the style that we like. Needless to say it had to go through a few iterations until it was something that it was perfect for us and Joanna and Vince were really patient throughout the whole process. Thank you MSS!

Mr Shopper Studio transformed my apartment unit into a home. Working with CK Lim was a pleasure as he guided me through the process from consultation to design, and through to the completion of the works. From the first profession and warm meeting, the team worked with my budget, and made recommendations that enhanced what I can do with my limited budget. They do not limit themselves to a particular style of design. The regular updates during the work phase reinforce my confidence in their approach to the renovation work. I highly recommend them. It is worth to at least meet them once before signing any contract.
