Minghui and his team were very patient and obliging with all our requests, even when we changed our minds about things. He was also very responsive to all our messages. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my friends.

Scouted over 10 IDs and here we are. Our experience with Luova and particularly Minghui were absolutely fantastic! We knew what we wanted in terms of design and colours and it was always down to the cost. We were torn in a "Two IDs, pick one" situation; but in Minghui, we knew we had someone who understands our needs and wants. The rapport and communication were never an issue. His patience and meticulous to details, workmanship and colours are what a proper ID should be. The whole renovation journey was well planned, on time and hassle-free. Minghui had all things covered for us with constant updates and texts to keep us in the loop. We would definitely recommend Minghui and Luova Project Services to new homeowners.
