Barry took up the project and we proceed carefully. He listens attentively to what we aspire the home to be and gave suggestions along our ideas. Barry is mindful of the cost and recommends practical solutions. He has an eye for color scheme, material and lighting designs that harmonizes all together. The space planning is good too- hidden storage, repurposed a "dead" area into a show piece, etc. Overall, we are very happy to have Barry to design a functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces in our home. Barry also shares freely on how to DIY certain little fixes as well as going beyond the scope to assist us in some fixes. He is more like a friend that we can trust and depend on to have an open honest discussion on home renovation. He is as proud as us when the project completed beautifully and most importantly on-time during the COVID pandemic period. Thank you, Barry. I and my wife would like to take this opportunity to thanks my ID Jules for all the help and design he gave to us which make our home so nice that even my wife was such a particular person after seeing the whole house, she got nothing to say but just fully praise Jules for his idea and contribution for our dream house to come true, a person which always trying his best to give us all kind of idea n concept. LOME is the 2nd renovation company, that me & my hub went to in mid December 2019, and being attended to, by ID Marvin Koh. What made us didn't scout for any other ID thereafter, was firstly, the quotation given to us is reasonably priced and well within our budget 👌 Also, the way Marvin explained to us the various works to be done in the entire process with great details and depth, bought us over! ☺️ Throughout the renovation process, though they are pretty much some hiccups here and there, all in all, I would like to thank Marvin for his utmost patience and accountability 😊 He will sincerely hear you out when there are things done not the way you expect it to be. He is also very responsive and swift to rectify any glitches. Very accomodating as well, as during the renovation works, there are a number of things which we had to change so that the entire landscape will blend in with the materials chosen, right from the cabinet colour, to the toilet doors, painting etc. The impeccable friendliness with which he attends to your queries. Communicating with him is a such breeze 😉 Appreciate his honest assessment on himself as well, when being asked on how he had fared so far during the course of renovation 👍😄 Basically, Marvin is the kind of ID that grows on you. I have been in contact with the company since 2015. Justin Low and his men have been nothing but wonderful. Their service is top-notch, they’re very apt and quick to respond to all my queries. They never fail to provide. The finish they have done for the house is splendid and very well detailed. They never leave without making sure my family and I are satisfied.

Met Louis at their Showroom and he has given very practical advice and ideas on our renovation. Able to tell that he has vast experience after discussing my ideas to him. He gives constant updates with regards to the work completion timeline and his workers have got good workmanship. After getting the keys to our resale house, me & my fianceè was on our first day of ID hunting, LOME being the 2nd ID firm we went to. And we were warmly greeted by Mr Barry who makes the whole meetup comfortable for us, first timers doing a reno for our dream house. Quotations were done up quickly after giving him some of our ideas, attractive packages offered were described in details. Mr Barry was very professional in his work, making sure we understand the work that is to be done in full details while still open to our crazy ideas; while other shortlisted IDs invited were done within 10mins, Mr Barry carefully & patiently explains to us for 2 plus hours! Don't get us wrong, that was what made us choose LOME! The rest of the renovation was done smoothly & within the time frame with little or no hiccups. Mr Barry also regularly make sure we are well informed of the current work done. The renovation is beautifully done up now and we are really thankful to Mr Barry's professionalism to make our dream house come true! 🥰

After comparing 5 IDs from Online portals, I have concluded my contract with Louis from LOME. The reason is not about pricing but his passion, knowledge and honesty. In fact, his pricing is not the lowest I have gotten after comparing. The whole process went very smooth and fast, and to my surprise, the workmanship is fantastic, despite the short renovation period. Louis is also willing to accommodate to some of my special requested items as well. I have already recommended a few of my friends to him. Thanks Louis for all the services rendered.

I had engaged LOME interior to renovate my office. On the first appointment, Louis and Lucas came together and proposed to me on how they can improvise and maximize the working space of my office. I did not have an area for pantry or an area for my staffs to eat. My staff ate at their desk for lunch. And so the story continues... About 3 days later, Louis sent me a design layout on how my new office will look like. (That was a Swift response as this is not selling something off the shelf as it takes time to plan.) On the first impression, I like what he proposed and so, we made our second appointment for him to propose me the price and the material he will be using. That was after about 7 days after our first appointment. (Including sat and sun), we met at our office. Both Lucas and Louis came down again and started to explain how it will look like and how they plan to do it with the shortest possible lead time so that it will not affect my operation. (To be honest, they already knew what to do the moment they stepped into my old office.) They showed me the price and it was very reasonable. I will not say it's the cheapest but service, attention and quality are more important. (I've been there and done the cheap way, it does not work out most of the time and I ended up spending more time and money to makes things right.) I shook their hands and proceeded with their proposed plan. Long story short, he completed the renovation within 3 days and it also didn't affect our operation at all because of his careful planning. That is something I wished for and he made my wish come true. Indeed a great makeover for both my office and operation.

I was introduced to Louis by a common friend. After sourcing around with a few ID, I decided to sign up with Louis. And I have made the right decision! Louis did up my common toilet in a short lead time given by me and his Service is excellent, price is competitive and the outcome is impressive. 🤗🤗🤗
