My Personal Experience (Waste of Time)

While I don't want to make assumptions about how LemonFridge operates, I do feel that basic respect and professionalism should be shown to the public they serve. I was disappointed to have been left waiting and it was frustrating to have to start from the beginning again, and the most interesting thing is nothing was executed for close to a month besides planning the appointment date!

Jeffrey and Alex of LemonFridge studio were our IDs. They were very receptive to our ideas in designing a dream home, and yet professional to advise the practicality of our ideas, helping us balance form and functionality. The price they charged was reasonable. At times they were also generous to include certain items and extra help for free. Even though there were delays in the end, they did their best to meet our desired deadline during the peak CNY season. They were also willing to follow up with corrective works to rectify anything that was not up to standard. All in all, they were earnest and easy to work with and from our experience, we are happy to recommend them to first time home buyers.

Dingfeng Chung

We decided to go ahead with Renee and Jeff to do up our place at RiverBay Condo because of their design proposals. They have been responsive even before we engage them and initiated to set up a WhatsApp group chat for better communication. Their proposal was very practical which is what we liked, and reasonable pricing which met our budget. There were minor technical hiccups which Jeff managed to assure us and solve in good time along the way. We will definitely refer our friends to LemonFridge, because of their well-deserved service is given to me and quality workmanship.

Feng Rong

A wonderful job was done by Amos from LemonFridge studio. Amos is a very patient person and also very responsive (even after working hours and on weekends as well). He understands what we want and is creative and full of ideas. Even though I and my parents were staying in the flat when the renovation is going on, the progress was smooth and we don’t have to chase them for progression. Workmanship is great as well, loving my new home.

We found LemonFridge while surfing IG for renovation ideas. After evaluating the ideas and quotations from the various ID firms, we decided to go with Jeff and his team with our renovation works. And we are very glad with our decision!:) During the initial discussion, Jeff gave us various ideas and advice based on our lifestyle and requirements. He is also flexible whenever we request certain changes at the eleventh hour and he always tried his best to meet our standard. This is something that we really appreciate. Jeff also updates us whenever possible on the renovation progress and he is also very prompt in resolving any hiccups or any of our concerns along the way.

Huang Yan Xiang

We found LemonFridge online and was assigned to Shannon. My house is a 3-room flat in Clementi. Shannon has been very prompted in her communication to us and assuring us that everything will be in good hand as our previous designer from other firm went missing when we are about to sign with them. She is able to come out with the design based on our first communication and we can see her professionalism during our first meeting. Shannon has been able to propose many ideas and assist us with furnishing selections guiding us along the way to ensure it suits our theme. After renovation, there were some teeth problems but her response to resolve these issues were very fast and swift. This lets us know that we have chosen the right ID. Overall, we are impressed with the workmanship and pricing from LemonFridge.

Julius Yap

Our Designer is Renee who was recommended by a friend who also used LemonFridge previously. My new place is an EC and situated in Sengkang, my wife and I appreciate that Renee was very open to the multiple changes to our overall theme and design for carpentry. We met up a number of times after getting the keys to our place to finalise the design. Her design recommendations are practical and it improved the overall feel of what we wanted. Quality of workmanship is good. The workers that LemonFridge uses has the experience to set up and complete the job on time with minimum rework needed. LemonFridge is recommended as they offer a good balance of price vs quality.

After going through different proposals from IDs and contractors, we decided on Lemonfridge because they best fit with our design requirements and budget. Trustworthy and Quality Work - A big thank you to Jae and Jeffery for designing and building our dream home with us. You guys really looked after our needs and went the extra mile to help make them come to fruition, examples are the collapsible door, tall corner unit in the kitchen. After going through different proposals from a few IDs, we decided to settle with them because their proposal best fit our budget and requirements - a simplistic and minimalistic design.
