We are very grateful to Kyle Lai for her expertise and commitment to complete our new apartment on time as per requested. After meeting up with a few IDs, we have decided to engage Cecilia Yow to build our dream home! We felt assured when we spoke to her as we can see that she is very experienced in her field. The ideas that Cecilia proposed are nice and practical which helps us save on unnecessary cost. The quote is very detailed, which does not have much-hidden cost. She highlighted to us the material used and we need to top up for changes to the material. The estimated electrical cost is also included. It helps us to keep the Reno within our budget. She is very accommodative to our last minute changes, keeping us up to date on our renovation progress, and work within schedule given. They have got a very helpful team of tilers, carpenters and electricians. She is more than happy to help us rectify any defects of the renovation even after we move in. We are still able to consult her on the house matters after handover and moving in. The whole renovation journey is pretty much smooth and fuss free.

After searching for numerous ID, we stumbled upon one and was thankful that we choose this ID. My wife and I were approached by Carole. She is very friendly, well-versed, really explain in details and is very meticulous in her work. Together with Jason, both gave us good technical advice and assist us in the selection of materials and layout of the house in every way they can. This includes giving us updates each time for us to keep track in the progression of our home. My wife and I really appreciate for the work done and couldn't thank enough for Carole and Jason and the workers involved. They had turned our home from an empty bare shell into a beautiful place we were looking forward to. Indeed, both are very approachable, and once again My wife and I thank you guys for every professional advice and input that means a lot to us. Everything went well as expected and smooth sailing.

We were introduced to Stephen from Le Interi. Throughout the brainstorming, quotations, change of renovation ideas, Stephen was with us throughout. Stephen is very patient and is always contactable and that make us feel very comfortable therefore we decided to give Le Interi the job. We still remember when Stephen and Jason step into our new home, we had new layout ideas and Jason drew on the wall instantly all the 3D layouts from the living to all the rooms to let us visualise. At the same time, he also came out with the number of lighting points for their electrician to work on. I am impressed! As we collected the keys in November 2017, defect team from the project need about a month to complete the defects, Stephen and team can only start work in early Dec. My timeline given to Stephen is by end Dec I need to shift in and he needs to complete his work, not forgetting that is also the busiest period for the renovation company. Thanks to Stephen and team and the good coordination, they complete the house and handed over to us on 29 Dec. We manage to shift into our new apartment on 30 Dec. Like all renovation, there are bound to have issues arising during the process. Stephen ensures that all the issues are addressed and make sure we are happy with the end result before closing the matter. Last but not least, the pricing Le Interi quoted is really very reasonable. Workmanship is very good and most importantly, they are very flexible with changes to the agreed renovation plan.

My Wife and I had the pleasure of having Carole and Jason who worked on our recent house renovation. The process was smooth and the project was handled very well. Carole has an eye for details and is very meticulous in her work. She gave us timely updates about the house and would patiently respond to our numerous queries.
