We got to know Gin about 4 years ago. Gin is very attentive and accommodative to our requests. He is responsive and is able to meet the deadline. Gin’s during and after sale service is impeccable and we have absolute trust in him.

I must admit that we were quite lucky to have found this ID company. Thankfully, we did not encounter any ugly experiences with Gin Loh. His quotation is transparent and every work that we wanted to do were clearly itemised. No hidden cost. The speed that Gin responded to our questions and issues is remarkably fast, even after our reno works were substantially completed. He never “MIA” or kept us waiting for long. During the reno phase, my wife and I would occasionally visit our flat to monitor the progress. Whenever we gave feedback to Gin, he took the time to hear us out and would quickly address our concerns. We have moved to this new house for more than 2 yrs and want to share our experiences here because we are really very satisfied with this contractor’s workmanship and reliability.
