Timely and responsive including post service!

I appointed Stephanie as my ID back in July to complete a renovation (major work like kitchen remodelling) within a month’s time. Thankfully she delivered the project on time. Timeliness aside, she also provided me candid feedback and recommendations on our interior designs/ colour/ furniture option etc when most times I am unable to visualise. I reckon I might not be the easiest client but she manages my expectations well and mostly responsive to my queries after queries. It’s been almost 6 months now, Stephanie remains responsive and helpful post service. Trust it can also be built with experience over time, if she were to be slightly more meticulous as we encountered some discrepancy vs client’s expectation in terms of measurement. Overall I will still recommend Stephanie if you are looking for a fuss-free, trustworthy ID to help with your home.

We have met up with 5 IDs for our kitchen renovation before decided to engage Jaylen from Innerglow. He is friendly, sincerely and full of innovating ideas. He worked within our budget without compromising on quality and time. During the renovation, he always kept us update on the progress and assured us that our concerns are not left on deaf ears. Even after the handover, he still attended to us immediately when we need help. The workmanship and outlook for our new kitchen are really impressive. Thank you Innerglow, Jaylen and not forgetting Luis, for helping to coordinate in many areas!

After much search, we place our trust on Raymond. And it has proven our choice is right! Raymond has been patience and understanding during our home renovation process even when we make major changes in the decision. From an empty to a fully equipped house needs ideas inspiration creative well-planned coordination of both owner & Id to accomplish it. We have wanted this house to be a fresh relaxed minimalist & practical theme. Jaylen has chatted & understands our lifestyle interests and likes and put our ideas into his design. My wife & I decided to engage Raymond's service after seeing the result of my buddy's renovated home and the after sales support which he provided. There maybe a lot of cheaper alternatives for us to choose from but after meeting up with Raymond, we felt comfortable with him with his sincerity and assurance. Therefore we know that he is the one! It's been a month since Raymond hand over our renovated unit to us. Up till date he is still very responsive to our queries and clearing the defects as and when we made known to him. It's never easy to coordinate with owners and group of contractors that have different ideas and way of doing things and therefore I sincerely thank you for making the process goes thru smoothly.

We went for a simple design to open up the spaces and avoid clutter. Raymond was very patient to help us achieve that by advising what was necessary and what was not. Prior to us selecting him to do the renovation works, he spent 2-3 meeting talking us through the project and showing us some of his existing ones.
