We engaged Adeline because during our initial meeting, she provided valuable insights that were meaningful, with a good balance between aesthetics and practicality, which was what we were going for. While no project is perfect, she did her best to cater to our wants and needs and perform fixes quickly when we spot one. Communication between us and Adeline was clear, and she promptly replied us whenever we had a query. Service was provided promptly and the workmanship was satisfactory. She also offers very good advice as first time home owners. However, one area that Adeline could improve on is timeline management, where we experienced a few delays which were not communicated as clearly.
