Very grateful to Mr Chris Siew from Ideal Design. He is responsive, responsible and reliable. (1) Mr Siew is responsive to queries and suggestions. Within reasonable working hours (people need to knock off too), his responses were timely, informative and helpful to the renovation project. (2) He personally and Responsibly helped tie up any cleaning up that needed to be done. He also kept to his word n chased us for the colours n other specifications etc. As a result, our renovation was completed ahead of schedule, a very pleasant surprise n big help to our planning (3) Most importantly, Reliable E.g. If something was not necessary, Mr Siew was honest and suggested that we did away with that item - cost-savings. We're very grateful for his honest dealings.

They are very responsible and quick to respond to our enquiries, making sure that we get our updates regularly. Joseph has also helped us save the hassle of going to our new house often as he takes pictures of our renovation progress and sends to us frequently. He has given us a lot of advice and saving money tips and also do up our house with the concept that we wished for and also put some improvements on our ideas. He designed what we need as we want a lot of storage space and he managed to come up with a lot of storage space for me.
Looks for a designer that you have seen the work of him or her before or engage someone whom had designed ur family or friends house so you have a clearer and better view of how this designer works.

Met with Justin, feel comfortable when we discussed ideas on house renovation. Justin is friendly in person and very creative guy. We think this is the most important thing when you n your ID are on the same page of the picture. And the price is reasonable of course to make the deal on. Joseph is very attentive and responsive. My place is a shoebox unit in which storage is an issue. Joseph took my needs and came up with drawings which satisfy both the storage requirement as well as my fengshui's needs. For detailed and quality works, responsive and attentive interior designer, do look for Joseph. It is always important to meet with your ID to provide your needs and decide on the concepts before moving further. Do also communicate on your budget.
