ID Gallery Interiors

I got my first home in 2022, and during the month I started shortlisting, I started researching on interior designers in Singapore to speak to. All in all, I spoke to about 11 designers from 10 different firms, some were disastrous, some were amazing but overpriced, some cheap but untrustworthy. This is where ID Gallery became shortlisted, after an initial conversation with Aileen, we met up to talk more about what I envisioned and for her to get more information about me/my new home. In the end, I went with Aileen simply because she impressed and won over not only me, but my parents as well, who would be frequent visitors in my first home. From start to end, the entire project took us a three months give and take. Aileen was always present, handled the entire project for me (I only visited the site about four times through the entire renovation process) and not only that, she also has the foresight to see when issues might happen, fixing things for me, even absorbing minor costs for me when it comes to the things she knows will work better for the home. There was no question she left open-ended, she always had contacts to help me figure out issues, she is there for every appointment and purchase to ensure she could recommend and answer questions I might have. Aileen was always open with us, always contactable, sending me updates once every milestone was completed. Her experience is valuable to me, allowing me to tap into her insight when it comes to elements which may not work, or might end up being things I regret in the future. The process could not have been easier for me, and the end product could not be more beautiful - my first home is a huge thing for me, and Aileen made the entire renovation journey as seamless for me as possible. Me and my parents do not have an ounce of regret in enlisting ID Gallery and Aileen to renovate my first home for me. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and this relationship is one we intend to keep for future homes in our family.

Special thanks to Dave who is our ID. He helped us conceptualise our dream home and offered suggestions BUT would not force us to accept them. He is very practical and will not want us to spend any extra money unnecessarily. He is able to meet our timeline and in fact, the handover is much earlier than expected due to his coordination with their contractors. Definitely, there would be hiccups along the Reno process but when the problems were alerted to him, he would definitely solve it even when the handover was completed. Overall, we are satisfied with ID Gallery!

I’m writing to say my sincere thank you to Sam, the main advisor for the interior design in our home. We used to be confused with the concept and colours combination for our interior house but with Sam help, it’s just lesser the stress that we have been through. Throughout the 1 month of renovation, Sam is highly responsive to our queries and demands. No matter how trivial or difficult the task is, he has diligently and patiently fulfilled them all. Overall, he is attentive to details, highly motivated and responsible. Now in our new home, we love the colours, new look and new life for our whole family! So again I wanted to thank you for all the good work that you did and I will definitely recommend Sam Toh from ID gallery Interiors.

Special thanks to our ID, Sam and his team for their excellent service on designing for our new home. Sam had been always being patient and responsive with us when we changed our minds on the designs a few times. We feel so comfortable to work with him and he is very knowledgeable to give us a lot of good advice throughout the renovation. My ID is Dave, this guy is good. Take care from head to tail and respond very fast. I doing selling/buying old 5rm everything hack and redo, renovation duration very short but he manages to liaise with his team and complete in time. Important is he give suggestion, idea and consultation before doing the real thing. I met before other outside ID everything ok when doing the real thing then headache come and it is too late then add money. Highly recommended, look for Dave if you do renovation.

Terrence was the one who stood out amongst all the other IDs we had met. Right from our first meeting, he was very sincere and also tried his best to work out our ideal home within our budget. His enthusiasm spurred our confidence to engage him as our ID and undoubtedly, it was a decision we never regret. Throughout the course of our renovation, he was always prompt in answering our queries, proactive in giving his best advice and resolving any issues we highlighted quickly. He also takes the initiative to constantly update us the status of our renovation, which really puts our mind at ease as we know he was someone we could entrust. As with all renovation journey, there are bounds to be hiccups along the way even with the most perfect plan. Our renovation project was made even more daunting as our house was burnt by an accidental fire, leaving major parts of the house contaminated with soot. Luckily, we met Dave, our ID in-charge of our home renovation. Dave was very sincere in meeting us and was very prompt is offering his advice whenever there was an issue. Being also equipped with the right experiences of handling such cases (a home that’s damaged by fire), he pointed us into the right direction of how the renovation should be and ensures that renovation progresses smoothly. The eventual result was a new home that not only meets our requirements but also offers a homely feeling that comforts people whenever they enter our home. In addition, from my experience working with Dave, he also tries to add a personal touch during the whole engagement such as going the extra mile to help us or helping to buy some Feng Shui item to enhance the home. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommend engaging Dave if there are difficult renovation project that you may have. We were referred to ID Gallery by a friend who was very satisfied with their professionalism in carrying out their duties. Sam Toh was the person in charge of our nest. He is the perfect example of an ID who is very responsive and professional. Even with last-minute changes our side through vague WhatsApp messages, he was able to create and match a nice variety of colours for us to choose! His dedication and sincerity in getting to understand us were probably the key to him creating exactly the 'feel' that we want in our house.
