We engaged Mr. Dennis Tan from www.renonation.sg. Mr. Dennis Tan and his work partner gave good advice throughout the renovation period, we are very pleased with the beautiful design, good workmanship, and the whole end results. Mr. Dennis Tan is very responsible in his follow-up to resolve queries and touch-ups within or after the renovation period. He has been patient with our changes or additional requests in mid-renovation. He always welcomed any changes needed. He always recommends to us what best fits to our house, and always likes to smile and give us what we want. It is very expected when we wanted to add additional requirements to be charged, but he always tried his best to give us the lowest price possible and we understand this. He is the number one renovation contractor in Singapore in my opinion because of his pleasant attitude, and support. We did an entire house renovation, everything was changed in the house in just 2.5 months. Most importantly he commits and delivers the complete house on time as agreed. Mr. Dennis Tan is very respectful and i find him a very friendly person. Thanks, Mr. Dennis Tan and Mr. Jon Lee the great job is done!

Terrible and Extremely Rude service , think twice before using them. There is no timeline, or update from Dennis Tan, he speaks rudely and by force to the owner. There is no basic respect. Also, he will give a number lock and then let other contractors and installer to come in your house without you knowing. when i am there i experience it myself. he himself is not there, and suddenly other contractors say they suppose to have access to come in. all these is not communicated to the owner. They will also insist full payment even before final review. Also, there is alot of add in cost after contract is signed. Lousy workmanship and iD also give super high quotation . Be sure to check online and other contractor first before engage him.

First choice for my bto renovation,it was nice to meet ID Dennis from H6mes interior renovation LLP he is willing to listen and discuss what we want and make sure it's done accordingly. Got my BTO flat during the Covid. Had difficulties getting an ID. Dennis came with a recommendation from a friend who had used his company for commercial renovation. He managed to quote me on the spot - which was important to me as I had a budget to work on. I find his pricing reasonable after I had visited more than 5 other IDs. He finished my BTO 4room flat project within 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

We were moving back from the US and have a tight schedule to finish our renovations. Most other IDs could not give me the assurance, due to Covid19, to complete my renovations in time. We had furniture arriving. But Dennis was confident and we were happy to have him as our ID to solve all the renovation problems. Our resale flat renovations lasted 6 weeks as Dennis worked hard, and answered all my calls and text promptly, while not compromising with the timeline and design that what we wanted. Dennis is a very patient guy that answers all my questions, even down to the smallest details that I don't understand. He is open to suggestions that I gave when it comes to the design of my center. He even managed to squeeze and complete the project within 2 weeks as requested by me. Despite the short timeframe, work was done to my satisfaction.
