Working with Aaron from Fuse Concept was a really good experience. Things were laid out clearly right from the beginning from timeline, to budget, to 3D mockups all before work on the house started. Aaron was very conscientious with the schedule/timeline. At the same time, he was professional and patient with us. Aaron proposed his ideas based on our brief but was also very open to feedback and changes from our side. He did not pressure us to make work easier for him, instead he always made sure we got what we wanted for our home. And it really paid off, because we love our home! He also took us to different places to explore ideas and source for the items we required for our home. In one instance, Aaron even took the extra trouble to source for a better value for a particular material we wanted, and that helped us save money. Thank you for everything, Aaron!

My home needed some work done after taking 10 years of beating from two growing boys. Enlisted the ID firm FUSE CONCEPT, and got Interior Designer (ID) Chan Guo Lun assigned to me. Young, tall and soft-spoken fella but didn't think too much into it as I trusted the ID firm (used them before), and the boss Edmund. After the initial meetings and realizing how responsible Guolun was, I found myself leaving the entire house to him as I went for my family vacation. Upon my return, all and everything that was to be done, was done impeccably. Guolun met us at our vacation return that evening, and went through each and every item within the house. My missus and I were extremely pleased with this young man's fervour and diligence at this work, even though it was classified as only a 'mini-renovation'. It was great having GuoLun project-managed the entire renovation work for us at our home, and I would recommend him to any at the drop of a hat should you require or expect excellent and trustworthy ID services.

Fuse Concept was the first ID I saw and was the only firm who truly understand what my partner and I wanted. We wouldn't be able to achieve our dream home based on our lifestyle if it's not for my ID Jeremy. He was the only designer who knew what's designing all about compared to other interior designers who just wants to sell and do sales. I was really impressed how Jeremy shared with me the CAD drawings and how he did the space planning for 93sqm home. He also helped us with the bank loan contacts and gave me a quotation which was within my budget. He followed us to choose the tiles from Hafary and followed us to choose the toilet fittings, lights, kitchen stuff and he was there throughout the entire process. Everything was on schedule and he was able to handle my last minute request for my home theatre installation for the concealed wiring and also coordinated well with other suppliers for my kitchen flooring and air con installation. Jeremy helped me customize a dishwashing/bar bottle rack which he also designs in AutoCAD. FUSE CONCEPT is very lucky to have someone like Jeremy who knows his stuff. I'm glad that everything was well delivered and also found a new friend. Thanks jeremy and FUSE CONCEPT for the job well done!!

Like many new homeowners, we went to a few IDs (2 from among the top ID companies) and gave them pretty much the same information and requirements. Only Jade from Fuse really impressed us right from the start. We knew roughly (and vaguely) what we wanted but needed someone to bring forth a plan that has all the elements we like. Jade was able to do just that! And like the other reviews about Jade, we also find her very responsive and would offer suggestions to any home decor ideas. We have moved into our new 'smart' home for about 3 weeks now and are loving every single moment of it. Thanks Jade!
