Forefront Interior

We were close to finalizing our ID and home renovation until we met Valentina and JT at Forefront. Valentina was new yet with JT in the picture, 2 heads are certainly better than 1. Our uncertainties were reassured, our ideas fused while we discussed and bingo, we chose them. Timeline and budget: We had a tight timeline to move in 2.5 months' time and with a limited budget means some ideas had to be compromised. The project was completed within schedule and while challenges popped out along the way, Valentina was quick to respond and ensured handover was on schedule. Design and Style: My wife wanted Scandi while I preferred modern. We had some ideas but were unsure about the practicality and outcomes. The meet-ups were crucial as it allows open-discussion to exchange ideas and look at actual deliverables. Many are sure to bring out photos as references and the usual 'we want to combine this and that', 'can this be done?', 'what do you think of this?', 'I know my house is small, but I like this concept' pops out. For us, we were slightly clueless as we did not really have actual designs in mind. It is through the discussions that ideas become clearer and their professional advice comes in handy. I thought walls are best kept clean and plain especially when we did not choose a feature wall concept to match our tv console. What was proposed and eventually delivered had our heads turned as it was amazingly beautiful. Communication: Responsive follow-ups from Valentina ensured that every small/big hiccup was resolved double-quick time so that progress is not affected (let's be honest, it's common to have hiccups, and there's no 'perfect solution'). She's always quick to respond and this places our heart and minds at ease. Trust and Professionalism: JT and Valentina were very assuring despite concerns at our end, they always said "don't worry, we will deliver on time" each time we had any doubts. They also always say "our ideas are not the most important. You are the owners and you live in the house. What matter most is you are comfortable and like the house'. They would not force their ideas on you just to make their work easier. They would not say 'this cannot be done, that is not possible'. Each challenge brings about a positive response from them as they say 'let us look at it again and resolve the problem/offer a suggestion'. Thank you Valentina and JT for understanding our wants & wishes, making our ideas come alive and become a reality. It is a beauty we call HOME.

After going through all the consultations, we finally selected Joey's as his design was well thought through, fresh (very important in a bto!), yet retaining our preferences. The renovation process was relatively smooth, and JT was on site to provide us updates - even through the touch-up period. Even post renovation, the team has been really helpful and responding quickly to questions. would like to thank Joey and JT for helping to make this process so painless - I never had to worry much and things were always under control. Our flat is receiving many compliments on the design and kudos to you!

Met up with at least 10 ID and contractor before meeting Jayce. I must say I am impressed by his service and professionalism. We signed our contract with him at end Dec and officially started our renovation only in April, everything went smoothly with only minor hiccups which Jayce always responded promptly and suggested a concrete solution instead of pushing responsibility. I highly recommend Jayce from Forefront Interior, you will not be disappointed!

We met up with a number of IDs to design our humble little 3 room HDB and eventually settled with Jayce for the following reasons: 1) design - while other companies provided very mainstream designs, Jayce was able to come up with creative ideas, maximising both storage space and aesthetics. He also sees things from the perspective of the home owner and makes recommendations according to our lifestyles. 2) commitment - Jayce's commitment to excellence can be seen both during the design phase and in the building phase. His ability to think-ahead ensures that we don't end up with usability issues after, and his keen attention to detail rejects even inevitable minor carpentry flaws even before we spotted them. 3) communication - we felt like our home is in safe hands with Jayce. He took away all the typical hassle of syncing up with the air-con person, curtains vendor, electrician, lights supplier etc. He also goes on-site very often and gives us constant text and photo updates to tell us what's going on and what we should be prepared for next. He is also very approachable and nice to work with, making our entire renovation journey a breeze. Thanks Jayce!

Our house was well designed by Ximen. He understood our concept right from the beginning and continued to impress us with his ideas at every appointment. Ximen is accommodating, helpful, responsible and fast in attending to any problems, concerns or queries that we have. Even when we were away for two weeks, he ensured works at our house are going well. Generally, we did not have to keep coming to check on the house often. Communication with him is easy and we could ask him for opinions on our house furnishing and he'll give us his inputs on it. Even when we had some concerns, he was patient in hearing us out and giving us solutions to the problems up until today. A dedicated and passionate designer who takes ownership of his work well. Definitely recommend him!

Big thanks to Ximen for helping us with the whole renovation process. We appreciate his patience, his ideas, his eye for detail, enthusiasm and his honesty in carrying out his work. Always going the extra mile in making sure he understands our requirements and in delivering the best that he can. We're very pleased with the end result and highly recommend him!

Recently got our home renovations done with Jayce and it was a hassle-free experience for us. As this was our first home-renovation experience, Jayce did a great job in going through details with us, helping us handle renovations work and coordinating with our other vendors. We hardly had to take time off our busy work schedules and he took ownership and responsibility in managing the home reno work from start till the end - giving us an assurance that everything was in good hands. While our reno work was a simple one, Jayce handled it with much professionalism and effort.

Got to work with Ximen for my place's. He is really accommodating and helpful when helping me to come up with the design. My wife and I were really happy with the design and the final product. He was always on-site to ensure that everything runs smoothly during the renovation process. 10 out of 5 would recommend.

I hardly write a review, except for great experience that must share with others. It is really important to get a good ID to work on home renovation, especially with our busy schedule. I got to know Joey Pear, a young and vibrant ID via a referral. Joey is very approachable, extremely patience and took both my and my spouse's preferences and tastes into consideration and came out with awesome design. During the house renovation, he and his team insured the project schedule on track and constantly kept us on top of the renovation progress. It's such a smooth and pleasant home renovation experience I ever had. I am totally impressed with the good quality of work and good customer service from Joey and his team including the subcontractors.
