去年6月拿了新公寓，经朋友介绍选择Flo design 为我们装修，整个装修过程顺利愉快，在疫情状况下也按时完工，真心感谢Flo Design 的设计师Hannah 和 Roger 对我们新家的付出。 Flo的设计师非常专业，装修之前为我们做了非常详细的规划，他们也可以明确的了解我们的需求，如空间的规划与布局。最初觉得厨房空间很小很暗，经过改造后空间感十足让人眼前一亮。他们还贴心的在客厅为我们设计了吧台，使用起来非常方便。 客厅的背景墙完工之后也超出了我们的预期，开工前我们选择了自己比较喜欢的颜色，细心的Hannah 发现我们所选的颜色跟整个客厅橱柜及其他装饰颜色并不是很搭配，在给我们做了一些对比后提出了更专业的建议，结果发现确实设计师的眼光更佳，我和先生都非常满意完工后的效果。 不仅如此，我们在国内买了很多的家具与家电（沙发，冰箱，洗碗机，饮水机等），Hannah 都会耐心的帮我们安排好所有安装事宜，而且可以顺利使用。 主卧的设计和做工也完全超过我们的预期，先生比较喜欢简约大方的设计。 Hannah和Roger 有丰富的设计经验，为我们量身打造了温馨的卧室。香槟色的床头背景墙搭配茶镜修饰感觉低调又奢华，茶镜装饰的颜色又吻合了发展商的窗口颜色，他们还细心为我们的床头填充了软包，这些细节让我们很感动。 整个装修无论是设计还是手工都令我们非常满意，强烈推荐Flo Design!

During our renovation period, Kelvin is always patient and responsive towards our queries and gave us his professional advice. He kept us well-updated on every step of our house renovation process and always trying his best to meet our requirements and expectation. James, I have never seen dedication, responsibility, passion and professionalism displayed in any ID whom I’ve worked or conversed before. You are a rare breed and should be a leading example to any and all ID(s) out there in the industry. Others may say that because you are a partner to your company so you will go the extra mile for your clients, but I’ve come across bosses of other ID firms which do have even display a quarter to the qualities you display. Keep up the good fight in work and health my friend. You’ve earned my highest recommendation to anyone out there who needs an ID to recommend. In fact, in him, you can trust the delivery of satisfactory work and more. Denyse and Vincent, I thank you for your valuable inputs and recommendations in the process of my renovation. Although we didn’t have as much of discussions, I felt the sincerity and dedication whenever you guys are around sharing concerns and supervising of your sub cons and those of mine which you are not obliged to assist in any liason work but you did. Thank you being there. Lastly, Alvin, the wizard of carpenters. Without your meticulousness, I couldn’t have achieved the art piece which James designed along with the feature wall customed around my SONOS equipment. Thank you for your magic.

We went through the same motion like everyone searching for an ID for our new house. We went through a lot of websites till we came upon one of the renovations which coincidentally belongs to my friend. By getting the number from him, we make an appointment to meet up with the ID. During the meeting, we thought we were meeting one ID but it turns out to be two. Roger and Jacky met up with us and asked what type of design we want for our renovation. We told them that we want something close to a luxury hotel style and uniformity for the whole house. Both of them listen patiently and proposed to us their recommendation on how the house should be done. After a week, Jacky set up a WhatsApp group and send back the 2D design for us to go through. Another week, he sends us the 3D design. We were pleased with the 3D design and we are on the way to start our renovation. Throughout the renovation, Jacky will update us the progress from the start to the end of each day. When there were any changes to the design, he will always listen to us and make the necessary changes to suit our ideas. To put up the geometric wallpaper for the whole house was a challenge for us. We trusted Jacky judgment and go ahead with it and it turned out beautifully above what we expected. Overall, we are happy with the renovation and highly recommend Jacky from Flo Design.

A big THANK YOU to Roger and Cherish for planning and designing our Food kiosk. They understand our point of view on setting up a kiosk and gave us advice from their experiences. The team even go the extra mile to visit our other outlets to understand more about kiosk concept. Furthermore, they were very easy to communicate if there were any additional things to be done and they were able to executed professionally. We highly recommend Flo Design😄

They understand our needs and provide us with their professional advice. Being the house owner, they really let me enjoy the peace of my mind by daily progress updates with pictures. Flo Design is recommended by a friend and I compared with 2 other IDs before I decided to go with them. My designer is Tex. He is very responsive, patient and his team provides good support as well. His choice of materials and contractors are of high-quality workmanship. Tex takes pride in his work and provides stylish yet functional suggestions. He sees through the entire renovation personally giving me a peace of mind knowing that my place is in his good hands. One thing I greatly appreciate is even after handover, the team does not simply wash their hands off. They will gladly return to do minor touch up works if required. I first engaged for my parents’ place and when my new place is ready, I decided to engage Tex again. Repeat business is definitely the best testament to the great job done. Once again, big thanks to Flo Design, Tex and the team! Keep up the good work.
