We were impressed by the professionalism of Ron's from the first meet up. He is able to give suggestions and advice to ideas that were farfetched and ideas that are workable. In addition, he will give us more than 1 solution instead of insisting for us to do it his way. We heard so many horror stories of IDs and renovations but we were lucky to have him help us settle our nest. We did no supervision throughout the renovation period and only visited the house probably fortnightly. He is trustable and quality of work is good.

We chanced upon Ron while going through one of those Reno website. He was strongly recommended by one of his customers. He was shortlisted together with about 5 to 6 of our potential designers. We visited all these designers and seen their previous and current projects. We were impressed by Ron’s works and his good attitudes to customers. His willingness to accommodate customers’ suggestions and requests is another BIG plus! Most importantly, he is able to offer proposals on top of our initial suggestions. Ron is good in layout design, modified my room with hacking existing wall make the room and living room became wide and spacious. He was attentive to my needs even after sales. He is responsible and always there to help. He has good relationship with his men, so work is done and delivered on time. While we understood the risks of engaging someone whom was not through any recommendations, Ron turned out to be the right one for us.
