Great Recommendation

Jun was recommended by my sister. The whole renovation experience was a breeze. From the moment I sat down with Jun, he gave me confidence he knew what he was doing and his experience truly shows. While he is more than happy to provide his opinions, he will respect your choices.When it came down to selecting the ID, Jun’s quotation was the most value for money. While there were rectifications to be done, Jun made sure to follow up promptly. He will also respond to all messages in a timely fashion. Once again we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jun and his team for the great experience that we had through our renovation journey. We will definitely recommend Jun and Dots N Tots to our family and friends.

Great choice

We stumbled upon dots n tots through a recommendation from another house owner on our bto estate group chat. Out of all the IDs we met with, Nathalie was the only one who presented us with a complete pictorial vision of what she planned for our renovation, from the color scheme to the type of materials we will be using. Our reno budget was rather limited, and most of the IDs we met either presented us with renovation ideas way over our discussed budget, or told us that we could not achieve what we wanted with our budget. She never made us feel like our budget was too limited for her to take on and I really appreciated that about her. We were very grateful that we found Nathalie for our dream home

Dream home come true

I have been searching for a suitable ID for 4 months and have come across countless IDs. Unfortunately, I was not able to click with any of the IDs that I met. It was truly a stressful and tiring period for me as I was getting really really close to my key collection date. But luckily, I found Jun & Natalie from a friend with recommendations. I decided to have a meet up with their at their firm. After chatting with them I was rather impressed. They understood what I wanted and did not try to force some funny ideas on me like some other IDs did! They patiently listened to what I really wanted and incorporated things from there. The entire renovation was a breeze. I barely even went to my unit to check as I was busy with work. Knowing how busy I was, Thankfully for both of them that handled everything efficiently (My friends were seriously amazed by their efficiency) If I do have any doubts they will quickly answer and reassure me and also get timely updates and progress from them

Fortunate to have Jun as my ID

I was extremely fortunate to meet Jun and chose him as my ID amongst 4 other IDs which I engaged. On a few occasions, when I randomly visited my flat during the Reno phase, Jun was there ensuring the contractors were doing a good job and he even help out with some of the works. I sincerely recommend him and his company to make your dream homes come through

Utmost Appreciation for ID Liew Yew Lian for the renovation done for my EC. Despite me being last minute for having commitment issues that resulted my absence that caused the contractors not able to access the unit due to clearance and security, the predicaments are cleared thanks to Liew's meticulous planning and mutual emphatic understanding that made the renovation work smooth. Quality - top notched and beyond expectation. Accedes and accommodate to request with no extra charges and even went the extra mile to ensure safety and quality checks after the renovation. Professionalism - Material quality and assurance, long-term safety and cost planning being advised beyond our knowledge that makes the living ambience of the unit dynamic and vibrant. Step by step process was being arranged and cleared without any repercussions despite our tight schedules. Cleanliness - Entire unit just shines sparklingly, dust and debris free even with exotic materials and process are used. Quality cleaning equipment is always on standby and ready for us even after sales. Thank you for making my dream nest came true with the most efficient and effective effort made.

Aaron Tan (ID) has been a tremendous partner throughout our first design and renovation journey. He even went the extra mile in terms of customer service by bringing my family and me to buy our kitchen, toilet and bedroom fixtures and fittings. He was always prompt in replying to any questions we had. He gave good suggestions during the pre-renovation stage on how to save costs and also giving helpful ideas in colour and material selections. He was patient in explaining to us about things we did not understand. During the renovation stage, he supervised the contractors closely and ensured that the work done were to our satisfaction. Even after the renovation, he was very helpful in rectifying some minor issues. We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an interior designer who is dedicated, responsible and also friendly. Once again, thank you very much Aaron Tan & Dots N Tots.

Reno works have been going smoothly all along up till now after handing over. I would like to say a big thank you to Dots 'n' Tots for their simple but elegant works. A big thank you to my designer Janice for all the hard work she has put in so far. Didn't fail to put up an excellent job even from the start. Visiting our house after office hours to check on the reno progress and update us accordingly on the status. No procrastination. All work done is systematic and in order. Advice us thru her experiences on this and that. We are not afraid to recommend her to anyone wanting to engage an interior designer. Go Janice go! Dear Ryan Ho, I write this with highly recommend Dots N Tots as a company to my Friends. First of all, would like to thanks Ryan Ho of Homestyle Design and his team for their time, patience and excellent work done to my BTO home at Admiralty Vista.

I am very happy with the renovation. The whole process from design to renovation went very smoothly. The small "hiccup" which are expected in any renovation, as it was my first time especially with my new BTO house. It were quickly dealt with and rectified immediately. I particularly appreciate Ryan's detailed design plans and recommendations which transformed the vision I had to reality and his team skilled management for the project including the weekly project updates. I also strongly endorse is that he takes the time to work on my budget and also advise on works that may or may not be functional. Works are carried out in phases. The team work hard to meet the timeline promised. Special thanks also to everyone who was involved for their quality work and attention to detail which transforming my new space. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I had complete confidence in Ryan's team throughout the whole project knowing that Ryan has a commitment to high-quality work. I would like to say a big thank you especially to my ID Jayden and his crew of contractors for his wonderful design to my new home. Dots 'n' Tots was never in our list not even we know of at 1st. After seeing few I'd's & contractor getting an unreasonable quotation, our prayers were answered. We went down n was served by Jayden. I find him very hard working n a very busy guy, yet he always has time for us and completed the Reno within schedule.

A very young n creative designer, though we came with few of our own design, he improves it by proposing his ideas on the details of our design & gave advice for many of the design aspects. Most importantly!!! His quotation was within our Budget & e final payment upon completion was as per quotation. Overall the quality of the renovation work is outstanding and only minimal problems have to be addressed which is expected as nothing is perfect in this world. Nevertheless, he was approachable when we asked him for the suggestion or rectifying some defects. More than what we expected. Once again, many2 thanks to you Jayden. Keep up the good work bro.... we'll keep in touch.
