Great thanks to Priscilla Chia for helping to design my home. Really appreciate the help and time taken to help us with our house renovation despite being pregnant. Her sense of aesthetics is great and she's able to efficiently execute what we have in mind.

This is our second time working with Kef and first time with Kelly! What we liked about working with them is the attention to detail that they provide during the project brief. In areas that they could actualise our ideas or requirements, they would do it with poise. Otherwise, they would suggest feasible alternatives which are as close to what we wanted as possible. In terms of project management, we left everything to them as we trust that they would do a fantastic job, which they did! The quality of their work is top-notch so the entire process was quite fuss-free for us except for a few glitches which were resolved quickly. Their after-sale service is also excellent. We would text Kelly about any touching-ups to be done and she would arrange for them promptly. We would definitely recommend Kelly and Kef as well as any of the D’Phenomenal team to anyone who is looking for an ID to handle their renovation! Thank you Kelly and Kef! 😁👍👏👏👏

Great thanks for Kef and Xueling for my family new abode! This is our 3rd house but our 1st experience engaging an ID. The whole process is a breeze, we enjoy each stages and happy to see how our house turn out. They are professional, creative, patience and super helpful. Thanks Kef for helping me to realise my dream home. At the planning stage, he asked me many questions to understand my family's lifestyle needs and preferences. When my house arrived and we needed to make some design changes, he made those changes happen very quickly, despite the space constraints. Design is not only pretty but extremely functional! The quality of the carpentry is really good too! Friends who have seen my pictures and visited were very impressed too! I'm one happy owner! The entire experience has been very fuss-free and I'll definitely engage D'Phenomenal again.

We were introduced to Kelly and Kef by chance when we were exploring options for a total revamp. The whole experience from conceptualization, design, implementation and delivery was completely stress free for us. The team considered our needs and managed to devise a proposal which had a good balance of functionality, design and budget. Despite the uncertainties during the pandemic, schedule surprisingly was spot on as committed. We were definitely wowed by the outcome, design was spot on with no compromise on quality. We r very impressed with Samuel's professionalism and patience. He had to design to blend into the existing design of the house, not easy but he did it! Though there are unexpected hiccups along the way, the service recovery is prompt and superb. I really have to compliment his efforts to go the extra mile to address all our needs. We love how our new place looks exactly like his 3D designs - Modern yet cozy with a touch of its existing feel. Highly recommended if you are looking for ID you can totally trust!
