Ciseern by Designer Furnishings

I had gotten my new resales 5 room flat in Feb 2023 and was sourcing for a reliable ID. While browsing through FB, I came across Ciseern and decided to give them a call. It was Eugene Tay who picked up this call and walked me through the reno process, even though I informed that I was just enquiring. To my surprise (unlike other ID whom I called), Eugene was very professional and helpful, totally brushed off those arrogant attitudes found in other IDs. Eventually, I have decided to engage his services through his sincerity. Throughout the process, he is very patience, adaptive to opinions given by me but yet standing firm of what he thinks based on his professional field of expertise. The whole journey was totally awesome, and my family simply loved the minimalist style which he had designed specially for us. From a customer to becoming a friend is totally amazing. Would highly recommended his service to the owners who are looking for a committed, serious and professional ID. Kudos Eugene and keep it up!

I and my husband were in a huge dilemma with our previous contractor who had messed up things for us, and with that, we were suggested to take on Ciseern for our kitchen reno. We were assigned to Mr Steven and he went through with us the relevant packages and gave us suggestions. Just like every other couple who just came out from bad reno issues, we were very skeptical and took a while to agree but Steven gave us the assurance and guided along with us. He made sure he gave everything he had promised and in fact, he went the extra mile to do many enhancements for our kitchen. I finally got my dream kitchen and thanks to Steven who made this whole process very effortless and gave us the best!

My hubby and I would like to thank Stanley for his excellent work! It was a pleasure having Stanley as our ID. A special compliment to Stanley for his patience, attention and openness in the discussion of design options. He is customer focused and always reachable for discussion and follow-ups.

Was recommended by my friend to Kenneth Tan (Senior Design Manager). Kenneth is responsible and very responsive to my phone calls for renovation issues. He had also coordinated well with the other subcontractors.

We were pleased with the fine carpentry work. It was done very well, and the workmanship was indeed first class. Floor works were also done up to a very good standard. We had a very good ID Apple Kee, whom always try her best to help us out as much as she can. She puts in the effort and comes up with rather creative ideas to overcome restrictions and problems that were faced along the way. Overall a good job well done!

I would like to make this special mention to Vanessa, that she did an excellent job in designing my apartment. As a designer, she is well versed in her technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics. Vanessa offered great design ideas, and also took into consideration our preferences and requirements. It also helped that Vanessa offered sound advice so that the living space became one that is both pleasing and functional. She even took time to accompany us to shop for suitable lightings and furniture to the extent of advising us the colour theme. Her explanation was never too difficult to understand and throughout the entire journey she was patient and constantly providing constructive feedbacks. From the inception of the project to the handover, Vanessa took the effort to be on-site regularly to ensure the progress of the renovation went smoothly. She was also very responsive and responsible for providing updates. Vanessa was able to conceptualise what my wife was looking for and connected the dots to bring the vision to reality. I would also like to thank Vanessa’s team of carpenters, painters and electricians and others many more. The quality and workmanship of the carpentry and electrical works are reflective of skilled craftsmen who are passionate in what they do. Overall, the project was well-coordinated and was generally smooth. Vanessa was quick to attend to some minor fixes which were readily resolved. The design and finishes create a warm and cosy ambience that is more than what I have expected. It really "WOW" me and my wife. Once empty, my apartment has now become a place of relaxation, rejuvenation and inspiration. Many times, I come home feeling like I have retreated to a hotel getaway. Some call in the staycation.

It was a very good decision to employ the services of Ciseern to create our dream home. Cher, although very young proved that age is not a factor for handling such a big renovation project. Cher followed up with us and the Contractors to finish the project on a very tight timeline. She also followed up with us after the project was completed.

My wife and I engaged Adon and Zach who did a really marvellous job with the reno works for our house. Adon and Zach were of great help and gave us valuable advice all the way. I really want to thank Adon who was patient and entertained all our requests and made us less worried abt the reno works for our house. Indeed it has been a wonderful experience.
