ATTENTION TO DETAILS! My wife and I were blown by how professional and detail Sharon’s work is. She would even stay to ensure the job was done properly. Every main gap crevices, she and her contractor would ask our preferences. The job was fast but not rushed. Pricing was good as well!

My wife has chosen Charlotte's Carpentry after going through a lot of homework, we engaged Javerson for our new BTO. He is flexible with our request and has been professional throughout. No sales talk. We gone in measurement technical details and he is able to meet my expectations. If I can turn back time will I engage Javerson again? Yes. We've lived in our new home for more than 10 months now and we're happy to say the quality of work by Charlotte's Carpentry has held up very well! We had Ginny doing some minor touchup of our resale unit. She sure did knew her job very well. We were also particularly impressed with her leading us to certain design and colour decisions. She controlled her group of contractors very well, therefore workmanship was never an issue for us. We had a major product failure due to a workmanship overlook I suppose. But all were resolved amicably bearing in mind we had several minor touch-ups prior. This was tip-top aftersales service. No complaints. Ginny is highly recommended

After seeing how beautiful Javerson has designed for my friend's new home, we decided to engage him to do the same for our new resale flat. He is a friendly and patient person and was able to map out exactly the design we desire for our home. He always provides timely updates on the progress of the works and ensured that each stage of the renovation was done properly and not rushed. The project went smoothly, completed within the agreed timeline, and the end result was exactly what was shown to us during the planning stage. I have seen IDs that were unable to deliver what was initially promised but that is definitely not in our case. I will strongly recommend Javerson as your designer for your ideal home!

I was assigned to Sharon and have had a very good experience working with her. I am not the easiest to work with, making many changes along the way such that the original work scope was almost totally different by the time we got started. Sharon was very accommodating and offered constructive suggestions, and has always been very responsive to my messages and calls and queries. As we were working on a very tight timeline, she personally came down to the site on a regular basis to ensure that things were on track. In fact, she managed to hand over a weekend earlier and we were very grateful for it! Even now when it’s been a few months, she’s still responsive to my messages for touch-ups etc. Truly appreciative of all her efforts! 👍🏻

I engaged James and I'm glad I did. He thoughtfully designed and uses colours for a modern industrial finish. I'm most satisfied with the blue-grey hue used in the house. Most importantly, superior kitchen cabinet quality since these are locally made. James also assisted me in choosing fittings. Overall, I'm a happy client with design and service. And I would highly recommend him to my friends should they ask for a reliable interior designer. He'll understand your requirement and leads you to know what you want.

Heard about Charlotte’s Carpentry from a friend who did his house with them, and he recommended James. We went to visit some ID firms for comparison and decided to go with James as we feel comfortable in talking and discussing with him the most. James is very helpful and full of ideas, he’s willing to listen to our opinions or ideas and he will advise from there. You can see his sincerity in doing his job, he makes sure everything went well and as planned. Although there were some unavoidable hiccups here and there, but he always responded and rectified everything quickly. Even post-renovation issues were rectified swiftly too. Our house turned out great, family and friends keep complimenting on how special and unique our house is. We will definitely recommend James to our friends who’re renovating their house soon! Thank you James, we wouldn’t have such a nice house without you!
