I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Syed Fadhil from Chapter 3 for the renovation works well done for my 5-room Improved flat in Tampines. I did not expect that my 20-year-old home could be given a fresh new look l beyond my imagination! Syed Fadhil did a wonderful renovation job to my daughter Nadiah Noraswan's house and I knew right away that I have to engage him as my Interior Designer to give my old flat a "facelift". As a typical Auntie in late 50s, my vision of a perfect home is average. However, I do have many 'needs and wants' of how my home should look like but I have limitation to my wonders. I want my home to look clean, bright and spacious, albeit functional for a senior citizen like me. Syed Fadhil understands what I want for my home and he is so patient in percepting my ideas into the concept. He is ever so willing to make adjustments and ensure that what I requested for is met. I love my time in my kitchen and one of the key factors that I need is space. I like the idea of an island but I was also worried that my kitchen will look small and cramped if I build one. My idea was to have a movable island so that I can shift it around to accommodate function, purpose and space. Fadhil implemented this idea and I am very happy with how it turned out! My island is also multi-functional as a multi-fa storage cabinet, & dining table. I love it! The materials chosen are of good quality and are affordable. Fadhil works around with my budget and provided the best service I am assured of. It is easy reaching out to him as and when I need to be in touch. He also accommodates to some of my last minute requests as best as he could. I am now very happy with my new home. It felt like as if I moved into a new premise! I will certainly recommend Fadhil to my family and friends. If you are looking for one trustworthy contractor, look no further!

Outstanding different concepts towards home designs. We pondered at how difficult it was to communicate what we want into what we can achieve. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the seamless process of transforming our ideas into reality. Fadhil has an infectious charisma which transcends into the ideas suggested for a thematic home. The combinations of colours and concepts for different age groups have also won us over during the course of the renovation works. Although there were a few ominous communication barriers with the contractors, Fadhil laid it to rest and measured up to his task. Well done Fadhil and here's wishing you more success in the future. Fadhil was referred to us by my husband's friend, Firiman. Unlike other new interior designers, he never pushes us in one direction or another. He works around our idea and template and he presents us with several options and then lets the client decide. Giving us a detailed timeframe and with everything fitting our reasonable budget, everything was done great. He has a wonderful design sense and he takes the time to listen and appreciate your own personal style and works with you to enhance your living environment. My wife and I have engaged Chapter 3 Interior Design Pte Ltd to renovate my new resale home at Pasir Ris. What stood out after our first meet with him was his ideas were totally different from the previous IDs. We felt like we were really given a "blank piece of paper" for our home ideas. The work started early even before we got keys to our new house. Consultation started off with a floor plan and Fadhil even delivered a 3D view of what could be our dream home. Communication was very open and easy with Fadhil. Despite being occupied with current projects, he made time to meet up with us. We observed that Fadhil would spend his time until late in the office, ensuring current and new projects would be attended to. Although we have known Fadhil for a long time, he did not discount on his professionalism and work rate. He handled the overall project timeline very well and ensured that it delivered timely. We observed that through his communications with his project partners, they hold him with respect and someone who is reliable. His project partners have no problems with coming back to our house to ensure even the smallest details are attended to and properly completed.
