My principal ID, Vincent, who has great patience, quick turnaround and provide awesome support and recommendations. His patience is highly commendable as we have taken time to consider about loft creation. He is able to articulate and provided us with detailed measurements and also a couple of 3D to address our concerns. Initially, my hubby and I are very fluid and flicker with our thoughts and he has patiently helped us to formulate our wants and needs. He is very professional and provided great advice. The entire project was quite a breeze. The project schedule was determined once designs are firm. The milestones of the project went smoothly as per schedule; with excellent workmanship from all parties - the carpenters, the electricians, the painters down to the cleaners. I must say that their partners were all well selected and all finishings were done well to perfection. Quality is not compromised. During the handover, we found no major faults and were highly satisfied with the final output. Vincent is now more of a friend than a vendor to us. He and his company is our trusted partner and we will continue to use them for renovation works - for both our existing houses and future homes. We choose Black N White Haus after having interviewed ten IDs. Our designer’s designs brought to life our ideas for the house. She has an eye for the elegant. The progress of the work was very smooth with no hitches in the schedule. This was quite important given our busy schedule and having to coordinate on other matters related to the move. The team was also very flexible when we had to deal with some scheduling issues on our end. We highly recommend Black N White.

Pinky is very patient with us in working through the details needed for every aspect of the renovation. She's fast in handling the queries and was able to suggest different ways that we might want to save cost. While there was an increase in costs due to other inclusions, it was still well within our overall budget. While the timeline exceeded a bit due to our requests to rectify some issues, we had a well-renovated home handed over to us and there was nothing much to complain. Thank you BLACK N WHITE HAUS!
