Javin really takes every single effort to listen to us and she works very hard to understand our interest and requirements. She provides valuable guidance in regard to colour schemes, flooring and tiling, painting, lighting, furniture selection and accessories. She is a great person and very comfortable to work with. We see Javin as a very practical interior designer who can definitely deliver great value for both modest and high-end projects. Javin always looks for good value when making product recommendations. The desire to provide good value to her clients was also apparent in her time management and records keeping on the project. She is very professional and creative. We have been engaging them for a few of our renovation works. The first time we engage them was because of their competitive quotes. Subsequently was for their workmanship, therefore we decide to engage them for our other renovation works. They are very responsive & quick to resolve any problems. Owner of ARK-hitecture was a friend of mine. I did shortlist a few others before engaging them. Aside from relationship, pricing was the reason why we choose them. Although we had some problems with the renovation, they are able to rectify it very fast. Their staffs are friendly & I'm happy with their service. They did the toilet renovation previously & for this, they did the water-proofing on the rooftop. Having a good after sales service, they are quick to rectify & make necessary changes upon being called, with no charges as they had a warranty period. I shall say they are very reliable & trustworthy. The boss, Aaron, even came by to see if everything is going smoothly. We had no problem working with them, unlike our previous experiences. However, I felt that they can improve on their time-chain as I think everybody would prefer the shortest period of renovation possible.

My friend recommended us to engage ARK-hitecture for our renovations, giving us some positive feedback about them. We also follow their Instagram to see their designs and works. After meeting up with them, giving them some ideas of what we want, they came out with an interesting design. We liked the wardrobe feature they did. As ours was a very simple concept and renovations, we do not have any problems with the renovations. Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience working with them.
