More over the company, I think it's important to have good people working for them and Kent is a great example! Super efficient, swift and accommodating! Very calm and humble guy and we are pleased with the handover in 6 weeks as planned on Day 1. Was very helpful when we needed clarifications and responded accordingly. My renovation experience with 9 Creation was a hassle and worry-free. From beginning to end, my expectations were met, and even after handing over the renovated unit, Kent was always there for additional jobs I needed to be done. I was able to finalise the design of my home with the help of Kent, who always gave his expert opinion and insights. He was also able to handover the renovated unit way ahead of the scheduled date, which I appreciate very much. I surveyed several firms before finalising on 9 Creation. I would like to commend my ID Mr Kent Heng from 9 Creation Pte Ltd. From the start of enquiry stage to renovation and handover Kent was diligent and patient with our request. He is an experienced ID and gave very good renovation ideas and suitable colour schemes to meet our Scandinavian theme. he is so detailed to the extent of recommending the correct shade of colour for each and every corner of the house Even the furniture, fixtures and lightings he accompanied me and my wife to handpick a suitable design If budget was a concern he would propose alternative designs that would not affect the design elements. till date 4 months after handover any minimal defects he would send his people over to rectify the issue. I highly recommend Kent Heng and very pleased that I had him as my ID. Thank you Kent thank you 9 creation and I wish you all the best.

We highly recommend 9 Creation to homeowners looking to create a space that is an extension of their personality. Kent made it possible to inject in warmth into the commonly adult space. Between us, we have made some compromise to make it possible for Industrial to be livable for children as well. He kept us up to date on the progress of the project, even the 'defect' aspect of the project. Even with the defects on do-overs, the keys to our home was handed over to us right on schedule.

Entrusted my home to 9 Creation was a great experience. Especially the ID we worked with, Kent. The service was good and met our expectations. We do not have any idea as it was our first time doing renovation for our first house but Kent was always available to give guidance, suggestion and ideas. He promptly replies to all of our enquiries and doubts. As we have the budget for the renovation, Kent not only tried to work within our budget but also help us to source for a cheaper alternative. He is also very patient to explain the price of every item quoted, and advised us on saving costs. Contacting him is never an issue, easily reachable. In addition, he never fails to follow up all my enquires promptly, making discussions and negotiations more convenient, which is definitely a plus point considering my busy schedule. As promised, he did meet all of the required deadlines with quality work presented. We are very satisfied with his service and would strongly recommend Kent from 9 Creation to anyone in need of renovation or interior design services. If we were to ever to do any form of renovation, we would definitely consult him again. I had a rough idea on how I wanted to renovate the resale flat that I got and the major part of it was an L-shape collapsible door that would replace 2 walls in the flat. When I spoke with Kent Heng from 9 Creation, I felt very assured as he has done it before and showed me photos of his past client and that was exactly what I wanted, unlike other IDs that I spoke to. I couldn't really go down to check on the renovation often, but liaising with Kent over WhatsApp to discuss some matters or make certain decisions was a breeze. I can trust him to carry out what I wanted to be done, and I only go down on weekends to bring over materials required for installation works and to see the reno process. Kent was also very kind and offered to repaint my door frames for free even after I decided not to paint them. I'm very happy with the whole reno process and would definitely recommend him to others.
