13th Design Studio

I approached at least 4 IDs prior to my renovation, seeking for ideas and cost. Kevin is the only one that really listens and understands my needs and wants. While the others are either monetary driven (only will proceed if you agree to the quotes) or they prioritise aesthetic over practicability. Kevin, of course, has his ideas. However, he will always think of alternatives and options and works around to suit our desire. He gives me great ideas that I didn’t think off. Suggestions that make the design stand out. I would say, he is attentive as well. In addition, he is also responsive. That’s important when you are renovating your nest. I won’t say his quote is cheap but I find it reasonable. Then it comes to renovation, building your nest, don’t take the risk to pay something low and expect to get good quality. One plus points about Kevin is, he explains the cost clearly and why the quote is as such. For a noob like me, I really appreciate it and he didn’t take advantage of it.

Cosy home with a kitchen island, a house with a nice blend of our favourite colours, wood & vintage tiles, these are some of the ideas I communicated to Philip. He was very open to my ideas and gave his professional design POV too. Throughout the renovation, Philip was very patient with me as I have difficulty in making choices😅. He also went the extra miles to help me despite his hectic schedule. Philip is a sincere, patient and responsible ID with good eyes for design and details. Good after service too. My house is tastefully renovated; cosy and homely as I wanted it to be. What a transformation from an old-looking flat! Highly recommended!

As this is my first time owning a property, I wanted to make it my dream house - a home where I will look forward to going back after a hard day at work. I have the opportunity to liaise with Kevin, boss of 13th Design Studio. He appointed Lim Jia Hui, Senior Interior Designer to take charge of my renovation works. Jia Hui is a very pleasant young lady with tremendous patience in explaining things & making sure her client understands what is and will be done. Throughout the renovation process, she is always very obliging and attempts to satisfy the client’s needs and requirements. One incident which touches me most was on the day before the hangover of the completed flat, both Kevin and Jia Hui came to clean the whole place. They could have gotten the workers to do but instead, they chose to do themselves. I am indeed very impressed with their very personal touch! I am truly blessed to have Jia Hui as my ID. I also thank Kevin for accepting this small project - a 2 room BTO flat.

Kevin from 13th design studio is a great, responsible and reliable interior designer. As we have a design/creative background, aesthetics was everything. There were a couple of ID companies we’ve seen that couldn’t live up to that. We are glad we’ve chosen Kevin for our home. The mood ref that we wanted to be was pretty much carved to stone, he was patient and worked with us as we were pretty anal with the choices of design that goes into our home. He excellently brought that dream home into a reality to us. A dream come true! ID nightmare is stories we often hear. And Kevin is definitely not anywhere near that. It was a fun and exciting experience seeing our place crafted till completion, there was brilliant chemistry throughout the way in understanding what we wanted. Stress and worry-free. All in all, fantastic and great satisfaction. Seriously, just look for Kevin 13th Design Studio if you want your place done up.✌️

I engaged 13th Design studio for my house renovation and was glad that the Kevin came out with exactly what I have in mind. Kevin was a breeze to work with accommodating to all my needs and changes. I had some issues with my wardrobe after the renovation is done but Kevin managed to get it fixed within the next day. Very fast response every time. will definitely recommend to anymore.

Creative and innovative design. But more importantly, Philip, who was our ID, was patient with us. He is always looking out to help us with our ideas, and is sincere in giving us advice. A really pleasant experience working with him.
