Watch the charismatic and affable chef as he whips up a French-inspired Ratatouille (stewed vegetable dish), an uber-luxurious Truffle Infused Mushroom Pasta as well as a fiery Southern influenced Cajun Spiced Sausage in the 30-minute session. Steal tips and culinary tricks and learn to recreate the dishes in the comfort of your own home.
Feast also on delicious canapes as you watch the live show, including the aforementioned Cajun Spiced Sausage and a flavour-bursting Wood Smoked Scottish Salmon Bruschetta.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris, John Sawarto has over 15 years of culinary experience in the food industry. Born in Indonesia, raised in Singapore, and constantly travelling all over the world, his palate is exposed to a great variety of ingredients and flavours, which get translated into his culinary creations. He has also trained alongside Michelin starred chefs such as Christophe Bacquie and Loris Pistillo, worked in 5-star hotels like the Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and has appeared in numerous programmes and publications including Mediacorp Channel 8 and The New Paper.
