Type C5 Size: 883 sqft This master bedroom features a wall-to-wall, full-length wardrobe embedded with a TV wall. Entertainment and plenty of closet space – the best of both worlds. Design: Artistroom

Type D5P Size: 1,345 sqft Take advantage of this layout’s extensive balcony space by moving the dining area over to enjoy an alfresco dining experience from the comfort of your home. Type E2 Size: 1,690 sqft Bi-fold windows are super useful as a divider option as they allow for more flexibility on how you can use a space. In the kitchen, opening up the bi-fold dividers gives you an open kitchen, perfect for entertaining guests and passing over the hors d'oeuvres. 5-Bedroom

Type E4 Size: 1,722 sqft Fitness buffs, this layout idea is just for you. We removed the walls between two bedrooms to create a large open gym lined with mirrors so you can check out your abs while making sure you’re having the right posture when working out. This generous 5-bedroom layout also gives you plenty of space in the master en-suite for a twin sink. Jostling over bathroom space in the mornings with your partner will be yesterday’s news.
