Stepping inside this immersive Wells Experience Centre is quite an experience. You are first greeted by a supersized water dispenser of their iconic Wells The One at the entrance, one is that so captivating, you can’t help but whip out your phone and ask the nearest person to take a photo of you with it.

If you don't already know, Wells Singapore is most known for their Wells The One water dispenser. Its sleek, modern silhouette takes up a small space on the countertop, making it a favourite among homeowners in Singapore. Their recently launched Wells Home Café, a capsule machine that lets you brew coffee or tea with purified water, will likely become a great addition to homeowners. 

Level up on your knowledge of water dispensers 

As you walk further into the Wells Experience Centre, you'll find yourself completely enveloped in a world of water dispensers. The interior is particularly inviting. With its pockets of open space, clean lines and expansive windows, you'll be forgiven for thinking it's an exhibition. 

In essence, it is an exhibition of sorts. There is an area dedicated to explaining the evolution of water dispensers, display panels that describe the potential contaminants found in water, and a 3D interface that provides a detailed showcase of the comprehensive 9-step nanofiltration used in all their water dispensers.

In that hour or so, we ended up learning more about water dispensers than we ever had in our entire lives, fully convinced that it was time to get one for our home. 

Having a water dispenser at home provides clean drinking water and convenience for homeowners, particularly those with little ones at home. It’s also a great way to remove impurities like chlorine to improve the taste of water.

The real selling point for us though was convenience. The thought of having instant access to hot and cold water? Count us in! 

Get hands-on experiences

The experience doesn’t stop there. As its name implies, the Wells Experience Centre is a place where you really get to try out the water dispensers in person. If you've always been curious about how Wells water dispensers work or how their filtered water tastes like, this is the place to be.

Fiddle around with the settings, try a cup of water from the water dispensers (taste the freshness!), and check out the array of colours available. The experience centre aims to create an immersive and interactive environment for visitors to fully comprehend the innovative technology behind their machines.

Here, you have the option of trying out both the iconic Wells The One, and the emerging star, Wells Home Café.

With a compact 8.8-cm diameter, Wells The One is an ideal choice if you are after a fuss-free, stylish water dispenser that won’t take up too much space on your countertop. 

The cold and hot water dispenser has 6 different temperature settings, allowing you to easily make coffee or prepare baby formula with just a touch of a button. You'll love the convenience of controlling everything with a tactile wheel control. This sleek superstar also has a passive infrared sensor, so it’s always ready when someone is nearby. And with its 180-degree spin body design, you get to access water from any angle you prefer.

For barista-like brews and a true cafe experience at home though, the new Wells Home Café is definitely the way to go. Its dual extraction drawers, one for coffee and one for tea, mean you get to enjoy both type of brews without flavours getting mixed up. It’s also a Nespresso-compatible machine, giving you access to an even wider range of flavours.

It's compatible with Wells The One, and if you already have an existing unit, you can connect both machines together so you can have access to clean, filtered water from the purifier.

At the end of the visit, after you've made your decision and bring home the water dispenser you have chosen, equipped with all the knowledge you gained from the Wells Experience Centre, you can confidently leave, knowing that you have made one of the finest additions to your home.
