The adjacent school does add a bit of buzz during peak hours, but most of the time, it’s calm and peaceful. It’s just five stops from Orchard and two stops away from connecting to other MRT lines. I took around minutes on foot to get from the MRT north-south line exit to the BTO site, which is pretty convenient for daily commuting.&nbsp;Beyond connectivity, the area’s packed with amenities. The nearest FairPrice supermarket is about a 10-min walk away along Bishan Street 13, and that cluster also has plenty of eateries, neighbourhood shops and everyday services.
