That said, it sits next to one of the entrances of Republic Polytechnic, so you’ll still see quite a few people around.<figure class="image"><img style="aspect-ratio:1200/677;" src="https://d213h1b7vxzzl3.cloudfront.net/editor/29b0fba6-aece-406f-8db0-c8f55cb71fdc-blob" width="1200" height="677"></figure>Site of Woodlands North Grove&nbsp;&nbsp;Vehicular traffic in the immediate vicinity of the BTO is light for now, with no major roads nearby. That could change once future roads like Woodlands North Link and Woodlands North Road are completed and the surrounding developments are done.Public transport: Located just down the road from this BTO (approx 5-min walk), Woodlands North MRT is the main public transport hub here. On the Thomson-East Coast Line, it’s just one stop to Woodlands MRT, where you can switch to the North-South Line.<figure class="image"><img style="aspect-ratio:1200/677;" src="https://d213h1b7vxzzl3.cloudfront.net/editor/f5d02561-b85e-498a-9e97-651b409e2cf6-blob" width="1200" height="677"></figure>Woodlands North MRT&nbsp;&nbsp;By the mid-2030s, the Thomson-East Coast will extend to Changi Airport’s new Terminal 5, giving you direct access without having to change trains.We’re not sure if the bus stop next to the MRT will stay, but for now, buses there take you around Woodlands, as well as to Yishun and Canberra.Amenities: One of the biggest draws here is, of course, the upcoming Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link station, conveniently right next to Woodlands North MRT. Expected to open by the end of 2026, it’ll cut your commute to JB down to just five minutes. There’s also a mixed-use development planned near the waterfront with commercial shops on the first floor, so future walking-distance conveniences aren’t far off either. This alongside more waterfront developments in the future, as mentioned in the recent National Day Rally, will mean you’ll get to enjoy a livelier neighbourhood down the road.&nbsp;Primary schools: There are quite a number of primary schools in the vicinity, but the only one that's probably within a 1-km range is Qihua Primary School for now.&nbsp;<h3>Unit Analysis for Woodlands North Grove: Which Unit to Choose?</h3>Woodlands North Grove offers up 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4- and 5-room units.
