If you missed out on the previous <a href="https://www.renonation.sg/articles/october-2025-bto-best-units-to-choose-for-berlayar-residences-and-redhill-peaks-at-bukit-merah">Redhill Peaks BTO in October 2025</a>, you might have tried again with this one. The only Prime BTO launched during the February 2026 sales exercise, Redhill Peaks (February 2026) has introduced 3-room flats, which the previous one didn’t, alongside 2-room Flexi and 4-room units. It’s classified Prime for a reason, neatly sandwiched between a neighbourhood centre (Redhill Market &amp; Food Centre) and a full-fledged town centre (Bukit Merah Town Centre). That means near-endless food options, plenty of everyday shops and prices that are still relatively reasonable for a city-fringe location.You’ve got the wet market at Redhill Market for fresh produce, and a two-storey FairPrice at Bukit Merah Town Centre to handle the rest of your grocery runs, which means daily essentials are more or less sorted.<figure class="image"><img style="aspect-ratio:1080/608;" src="https://d213h1b7vxzzl3.cloudfront.net/editor/623d2ea4-9c21-4af9-b204-f52595a44fdf-blob" width="1080" height="608"></figure>Redhill Market and Food Centre&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img style="aspect-ratio:1080/608;" src="https://d213h1b7vxzzl3.cloudfront.net/editor/7b124cf5-f14a-4a1a-aac4-e52bcc3bef71-blob" width="1080" height="608"></figure>Bukit Merah Central Food Centre<figure class="image"><img style="aspect-ratio:1080/608;" src="https://d213h1b7vxzzl3.cloudfront.net/editor/3249707d-628c-475d-973b-771526519a85-blob" width="1080" height="608"></figure>A two-storey Fairprice at Bukit Merah Town Centre&nbsp;Transport-wise, there’s a bus interchange at the town centre, plus several bus services right outside the BTO that connect you to town and other parts of the island. Redhill MRT is also less than a 10-minute walk away. Around the station itself, you’ll find another cluster of F&amp;B and retail options, including FairPrice Finest and Ya Kun, handy for quick bites or last-minute top-ups. I believe vehicles will be passing through Redhill Close (the road will be partially removed with the BTO construction). That road’s usually relatively quiet though. Within the site, there will also be a pre-school, which will be good news to those who are planning to have kids.<figure class="image"><img style="aspect-ratio:1080/608;" src="https://d213h1b7vxzzl3.cloudfront.net/editor/a68548ad-c1aa-44ea-bd9a-b31da4d418f0-blob" width="1080" height="608"></figure>This part of Redhill Close will likely be closed off to make way for the BTO construction&nbsp;There’s also a Chinese temple located between the primary school and the BTO site, with some stacks facing in its direction. It isn’t particularly tall, so it doesn’t dominate the skyline, but it’s something to be aware of.
