We had a really good experience with Marcus in our renovation. He is patient and listens well to our needs: from space planning to design/style, to budgeting and to functionalities of the house. His response and communication are always prompt. When the renovation started, he gave us regular updates and kept to the schedule very closely. He even liaised with our neighbours to keep them informed of days of noise/dust so that they can make alternative arrangements. After moving in for more than a month, we've also come to appreciate the excellent tiling/carpentry workmanship and attention to details. Overall, it was a really smooth and pleasant experience for us. Top marks for project management, workmanship, communication and design style!
