Thumbs up to Sean & Carlyn for their effort in renovating my house. Came across Idees Interior Design and simply love their designs and prompted me to give them a call to meet up for quotation. Sean & Carlyn was responsive in the group chat whenever there are any queries. Their in house carpentry workmanship was excellent and rectification was follow up as well. We were working very closely with Sean and Jubin throughout the project. The drawings and detailing offered were very organised and efficient. At every stage, from electrical to carpentry to the most minute of details, Idees were very patient throughout and adhered to some of our requests even though it had caused some inconvenience. There was a WhatsApp group that was created and all our enquirers and photo designs were easily shared with Sean and Jubin and we received very prompt replies. Overall our project took about 6 to 8 weeks to complete and we are very happy with the results. Thanks to Sean, Jubin and to all the others who were involved. I wish you guys the very best and to achieve great heights in your upcoming projects.

The collaboration started in May when In received keys to my new place. A last min call was made to Sean who flew down to meet us at the new place at the agreed time. Jubin was also assigned to manage the renovation for my new place. Throughout the period, we were kept updated and posted on the ongoing works at the new place via a group WhatsApp. Both Sean and Jubin are responsive and they looked into all our requests. Sean comes with all the experiences everyone has shared. The best bit is their after sale service as the relationship did not end after the renovation is completed. Both Sean and Jubin still remained in the group WhatsApp after a month following completion to follow up on any issues. It has been a pleasure dealing with the team. Their pricing also sealed the deal after making a comparison with 5 other IDs. Thank you, Sean and Jubin. All the best to all your upcoming projects!

We had bought a condominium unit in Lim Tao Tow Road and needed someone to help design our unit in Feb this year. The designer assigned to us was a young guy called Jubin Lee, 21 years old and was born in Korea.Frankly speaking, we have never dealt with such a young designer in our life and had no confidence in Frankly speaking, we have never dealt with such a young designer in our life and had no confidence in him initially after hearing so many horror stories about home renovations in recent years. However after interacting a few times with him, we have found him receptive, responsible, responsive and display professionalism as a young designer, he would address our concerns and suggestions whenever we raised them without any delay and had given us invaluable perspectives in terms of our home design. The project was delivered on time and the entire home design and renovation were a smooth sailing without any hiccups along the way. When we came to know that they were 800 cases of complaints lodged with CASE as of today this year, we feel very blessed with the company we have chosen and the young designer we have been assigned to. We would like to thank Jubin Lee for his patience and help he has rendered to us in the process of our home design and renovation and like to wish him all the best in his career.

Our project ended last week and both my wife and I are very impressed by the work Idees delivered. It was quite an intense renovation (replacing tiles, carpentry work in most places, adding lights, lots of plumbing work) for 50 days. Both Sean and project manager Ivan have been providing excellent service and tried hard to meet our needs. To be honest, the outcome is beyond my expectation. First came to notice idees interior from Facebook and was interested in their stunning interior designs. Therefore, I decided to call them and make an appointment to meet their young and creative designer, Jubin and well experienced, Sean. Sean had many great ideas of designing my new BTO flat. They did their best in producing the designs I want. Their services are also very good. Sean also made an effort by driving me to purchase the furniture and lightings, which were very reasonably priced. I also want to thank Jubin for doing all the coordination in carpentry and installation works. Every single thing was well taken care of.
